With everything happening in the World plus cybersecurity problems things get convoluted in less-than-ideal ways. Keeping adult content distinctly separate from children is hard to get right, and safeguards that are in place one day might not be in place another.

If someone learns questionable content exists, they might report it to authorities, yet authorities or other groups in public settings might not be required to address it adequately, in a timely manner, or in a way that doesn’t lead to greater problems down the line. If I see a report that says 2 people have watched a safety video. And I just see that they both have clicked play, does not equal both have watched all the way to the end. Even if both have watched to the end, I can’t say they have adequately comprehended the videos, or if there wasn’t music or other things going on in the room at the same time. Data that looks solid, data that is acted upon has potential for amplifying less than ideally at least in the kind of companies I have worked with. Amplifies sufficiently for 90% of the population does not equate to always amplifies sufficiently for 10% of the population. More funding and more resolution might work far better in certain use cases.
