No Access to Update ID

Getting a Storage Unit requires a valid ID.  If you wind up homeless with an expired ID – our system might put an appointment to update a new ID a month and a half out.  Combine that with they claim you can update your ID online (but don’t actually let you update your id online).  Begs the question does the current system want people to break their back?  Be required to backpack everything they own until their spine snaps in half.

Should a government that does this to their own people be allowed to police the World?  Can’t deliver sufficient justice and throughput on a local level should not be trusted as has will have sufficient moral authority and clarity.

If our Allies want support, real support in the future, making sure our system maintains moral clarity facilitates that capacity.  If your Ally, the system of your Ally turns corrupt – it will have less funding and support to support you, and you might have to come and fix the problem yourself (another problem not always value added).

Love, Golden Rule, and Delayed Fix? Precedent is prototypical? Stopped in advance has power.

Imagine a system robs you of justice, robs you of many hours of your life.  Imagine you forgive that system, because it is the Christian thing to do – you apply forgiveness to an inanimate object not someone with feelings and concerns.  Composed of many people and systems like computers and even structures like bridges and prisons – the combination of a system is not at itself a soul – souls and people might work on that system in ways to both make the system better and worse – should not be convoluted to the the system as a whole has a soul, will acknowledge its sin, fix its sin, and is worthy of being forgiven of its sin.

The individual people of a system can be forgiven?  Yes.  The individual people forgiven will lead to the sin no longer perpetrated, the injustice no longer facilitated?  No.  There is potential for scape goats, set to the problem is caused by this person or that person, this policy, or even natural disasters and external events.

Forgiving the system might remove your anger towards that system – there are positives and negatives.  Positive – potential for less anger, less desire to corrupt it further, less desire to waste time on retribution based on less than ideal comprehension.  Negative – once a system, a group of people, a corporation, or government wrongs you – you just choose to have grace, forgive it, move forward regardless does not always lead to the problem fixed, to the same problem prevented for others in the future.  Worthy of note that a system unfixed has potential to bite oneself again in the future – easy to set systemic injustice to a fluke, a rare probability, lightning that won’t strike twice, statistic abnormality that does not have to be factored in on a normal basis.

Forgiveness and grace that facilitates problem unfixed (like an enabler of evil drug addiction) – forgiveness that is blind, and just says keep things as they are while injustice is continually perpetrated is not an ideal form of forgiveness, might be partially due to we convolute forgiving people and forgiving a system that might not be seen as a system in practice.  Frankenstein, a system of nuts and bolts, policies and procedures – in combination the problem might not be viewed as systemic.

If a human is responsible, a human can be changed, can change their actions.  Their actions are separate from causation and probabilities of others would be the natural implication – specific to the person not to the system.

If a system is responsible, then human specifics don’t fail to matter, they might make the situation better or worse.  Systemic injustice to someone without cancer?  Less of a problem.  Systemic injustice to someone with cancer?  More of a problem.  Yet policies and procedures get set to are distributed fairly and equally, have equal efficacy, throughput, and acidity.

Thoughts August 27th, 2025

Blogs are a signal. They are like a light switch – on and off.  Ideally the signal from a blog improves the World augments power in the World like a solar panel or wind generator.

Many different posts give a coherence, and the distinctly separate gives capacity to magnify signals in multiple directions (all positive preferably).  One post about Forgiveness is a signal.  One post about Grace and Love is another signal.  The signals have potential to augment each other.  The future might take the post and turn them up to address the problems of the day, have potential to be converted to useful by AI and supercomputers.

Is it unrealistic to think one can improve others lives (8 billion plus people’s lives) by 5%?  A good product can mean the world of difference.  Stuck in the heat, dehydrated.  Or stuck in the heat with an ice cold water bottle?  I am using a personal cooling device (neck based that has fans, purchased off of Amazon).  It is allot like the one I saw on Sharper Image when I was younger.  It helps – though it is a bit of a trade off – connected to a battery pack for a trade for maybe 5% better experience and maybe 25% better experience in already AC-ed environments – turns mediocre AC into more formidable

It is one of those inventions that seems like it could revolutionize the World, at least in Texas.  Could cut energy costs significantly.  Enables an option for AC while E-biking and using E-scooters.  The noise seems a little loud yet I think that is mainly because it is right by the ears – like being next to the AC nozzle on a bus. 3 of them 2 blowing on your face and 1 blowing down your neck onto your back.

I like the product, my current situation is hard – in the Texas heat – a little bit better helps significantly.

Need one that is shirt sized – like the warming shirts – maybe one could be made with Peltier’s and Thermoelectric cooling.  The water pumped shirts look promising yet a bit out of price range and maintenance might be hard in certain contexts.  Regardless more enabled to work in Texas environments might improve output substantially.

If society could give everyone personal AC space suits, we might have a happier and more productive society, and society with more potential for shortest path wins.

I like the idea that the solar panel can charge the AC device – gives the feeling of something (The Sun) which traditionally burns and gives heat as a cooling, protective system – risk more than mitigated ROI turned from loss into gain.

A large amount of energy goes into tall ceilings.  Solar panels keep increasing in wattage – might be one of those tipping points for society where we find two gains – much better personal cooling which generated less need to cool and combined with greater power output from increasingly efficient solar panels, better insulation, better comprehension of physics.

Java FX Issue, August 27th, 2025

I am working with Java FX on Mac.

I had to change the slashes for some other paths in the project I imported from \\ to /.

Further the CSS file wasn’t loading using getClass().getResource(“style.css”) – it was giving null which is not a problem I had on Windows. It seems to be how eclipse imported the project – there is a part of the configuration that allows which files are include format **/*.java. I added **/*.css and it worked.

Homeless on a budget, August 27th, 2025

Hotels are expensive. Sleeping in parks or on the street might be the only option. More less sleep deprived facilitates better mental health and societal interactions from my opinion as someone that is not a doctor.

Current setup – not sure on the longevity

Intex twin mattress – under $20 at Target, needs a pump (I bought a usb one which was also under $20 – though no battery included, I have a usb power bank already that I am using)

Microfiber throw blanket – $10 at Target

It is a bit to carry around, being homeless no place to easily store items gets heavy. Everyone to carry their bed around with them all day? The perfect workout? What works for me likely would not work for all – I am a man, not the strongest man, but I would not want to force people that are low on health to shoulder the same level of burden.

All that said – the combo led to a pretty good night’s sleep – with some luck it will lead to many more.

Is it Golden Rule to leave people without real access to transportation?

Is it Golden Rule to delay access to confirmation of citizenship for someone already born in this country? An overwhelmed system can’t even enable documents for natural born citizens?

Is it Golden Rule to say a system that doesn’t deliver on Golden Rule is sufficiently justice, has the right to hold courts and tribunals on what is justice, worthy and not worthy of judgment?

What is the true cost of less access to transportation and delay of access to citizenship in a World that is partially at war? Has the delay, less access lead to ideal world peace? Has the delay, less access lead to ideal reduced sin, ideal reduced corruption?

Is it Golden Rule, in a World full of supercomputers, where information travels at the speed of light, and 8 billion plus people to reinforce not fixed as no big deal? Lets not decided on this or that today – put it off for a month, in a month feeling lazy, don’t really want to look at, not fixing it hasn’t really caused any immediate problems put it off for another year, 2, 10, 20 – God will all sort it out in the end?
