To say too many tests can’t be turned up for World Leaders, Politicians, and CEOs seems unwise as well. Time worried about protecting Image is Not Time Worrying and Working on Mission Critical Issues like better healthcare and food shortages, disaster risk reduction.
Politicians can easily juggle protecting Image? CEO can easily juggle protecting Image? There is nowhere else their time would be served better? Not protecting Image could lead to fired, to impeached. Hard to make things better when removed from Power. Requirement to fight to maintain Power is not all sufficient Power amplified.
There are allot of people that don’t test Leaders, try not to test Leaders, that try to make their lives better. That bring them real issues like reducing the death penalty and Increasing Universal Basic Income to prevent people from freezing on the streets. Real issues are tests too, too serious can likely be turned up. People and Leaders likely like to upsell their choices and delivery to ideal throughput when throughput is much less than ideal or always even sufficient. Humor beats rage. Humor punished severely can lead to feeling Leader needs to be removed from Power. Excessive Force easy to turn up likely not a fully appreciated system.

My desire is to invest in Art, Music and better content and stories for the World, not to turn up crime and crime syndicates. Promoting artists and musicians to use less drugs is a possible system, higher potential for turned up right when those artists and musicians are treated with dignity, do not have the contributions robbed by corrupt systems, when their contributions aren’t controlled by corrupt and oppressive systems.

Getting involved with illegal drugs is a bad choice. A bad choice that has the potential to amp in not fully comprehendible ways. Stress levels caused by zero resources has potential to leave some people poor and dead on the streets, but at least they didn’t sell drugs might be looked at by others in a particular light. Amplifying real jobs with real ability to feel hope for the future factors into less crime and less illegal drugs seen as a viable solution.

Real Conversation Matters, can save lives, can lead to Peace, can lead to prepared for shifts in society like certain sections of society potentially being turned up as Villain Level Contrast. It is easier to divest from Real Conversations sometimes. Society can damage minds in not fully appreciated ways that can lead to some people excusing themselves from the conversation, too damaged to add true value is possible to turn up.

People and Businesses like to Maximize Profit without always first thinking how will this effect others, others that are citizens just like me, that deserve to be factored in as valuable, because dehumanization is common on Shiny Blue Marble, Earth, and has lead to monstrous choices by out of control unstable government bodies.

Making it clear not to steal and cheat someone, that there are consequences, without monstrous consequences seen as easy to get right maybe not all true value added.
A country that borrows non stop against a future that requires maintenance? Easily could be upsold to all are stealing from the future. What is considered as stealing, what specifics are considered as relevant matters.
Real consequences based on iffy systems that don’t value numbers, that don’t value training in Math, that don’t truly value training in Mercy and Grace have high potential for inadequate Love Amped. Love matters, people that Love others know not to test people past their breaking point, past their useful point.
Homosexuality can lead to lives lost. Homosexuality can lead to business deals ruined. Homosexuals need love and grace yet the World can turn up horrific levels of don’t fuck with me like that to try and get peace. Back off I am not interested in that can be reinforced in non ideal ways. Amping the right level of Mercy, Grace, and Love while still protecting family is less than easy to get ideally right.

System amped to value Feedback and Communication more has more potential for forming the model of the system more accurately to the real model of the system. Feedback not valued has low potential for seeing and addressing problems as they arise.
High Precision and Accuracy around Judgment and Punishment is Expensive, Complex, and Harder to Design thus is not always adequately invested in. Less reliance on feedback leads to easier design, not more reliable design. Reduced complexity does not always equal more reliability, an adequately sufficiently modeled system.

Refreshing skills, potentially improving speed and throughput of those basics in a way that can enable society in real ways.
Critical Thinking is Power. Surface Area on basics re-amplified gives time for Critical Thought on how those basics can be more useful, can help us see what we like about the comprehension amplification and what we think might could be done better. Feedback is valuable to comprehension amplification, teaching, training, and coaching.
Teachers, Trainers, and Coaches that Actively Listen More set an example for those they are Teaching, Training, and Coaching. Turning up active listening, the importance of active listening and less miscommunication matters, and if Leaders don’t value turning up Listening and Observational Skills it is unlikely their followers will value Greater Listening and Observational Skills.

Focus is useful for Active Listening and Observation and might lead to Key Details heard and factored into Summaries (that are destructive compression) that might be otherwise missed. Summarization with the right Key Details matter. Good Summaries are possible, and Bad Summaries are possible. Summarization is a Process, a Process that has the potential to be improved in valuable ways. More information, the right information in less time is Powerful and can reduce latency and increase Throughput Significantly.
