Encoding Not Always Ideal, Potential for being able to Improve

Less Interrupts, Less Stimuli can increase ability to Focus

Clear mind to Structured Thought has potential for high value added

Critical Thought around Focus, Memory, and Emphasis potentially not always a given. Increased ability to Focus and Increase Memory has the potential for being high value added for reduced time costs and are thus useful to Time Management.

Emphasis factors into ability to Focus, Focused factors into ability to Remember.

Distorted signals not always as perceivable, thus clear signals have the potential for reducing miscommunication. Reduced miscommunication has potential to lead to greater key details throughput with greater potential for being remembered.

No special attention, grouped in combination with sometimes has potential for considered less valuable to presenter. Less valuable to presenter has potential to be read, heard, perceived, and comprehended as less valuable by audience.

Working Memory as a valuable limited resource reminded has potential for increasing captured details. Everyone as filming on a budget with their eyes?

Liquidity of Memory upsold to guaranteed?

Valuable thoughts captured on outlines have the potential for being a lot of value added, brilliant ideas captured is useful, reminder captured on paper has potential for being captured by others with less than ideal intentions, that said not capturing on paper has potential for lost to the sands of time.

1000 documents to emphasize on

or 1 document to emphasize with

People have potential to take on a lot of complexity in life at times. Our society pretty much revolves around it. Tons of complex classes in college, many times one just trying to get to the next to get the diploma.

Value creation around writing leads to requirement for volume of words. Value creation for typing skills revolves around volume of words. Greater volume is useful is some scenarios can lead to people thinking it is better in all scenarios.

Bigger House equals more space more room to breathe and live potentially less collisions less friction. More space can reduce complexity in some ways while increasing complexity in others like maintenance proximity to be able to hear conversations.

Trying to learn can equal time costs. Learned material can lead to value creation. Quality has potential for high value added and reduced quality can lead to unable to trust, less able to rely upon. Time costs in learning are an investment that usually are likely to create value yet are not always likely to create value.

People might try to over simplify, take on too little at times, that can also amplify the Beauty and Prettiness of Much. Only addition? No subtraction, multiplication, and algebra? A slippery slope to proofs in Numerical Analysis and PhD dissertations in Mathematics?

It is a saying that applies to more than one topic where context matters greatly. Some learning paths for some people could be dangerous. Many learning paths for many people likely have the potential to reduce danger in some but potentially not all cases. Understanding physics could lead to better understanding and ability to react in traffic. Someone that might not know physics might immediately jump to the correct action to take. Knowledge adds complexity, useful complexity potentially not always useful complexity specifically in times that require fast reaction times.

Easily able to categorize and classify via simplification factors into throughput on a common basis. More categories might be available sometimes does not always equate to it is useful to consider the extra cases always. People knowingly choose to reduce Much, reduce complexity in certain cases potentially at the cost of correct decisions, potentially enabling much greater grace than might be available if some other cases were potentially considered.

Lagged Throughput is less useful than faster Throughput, known that many will likely rely upon it versus always considering extra cases that factor into truth might be useful in considering how things are likely to play out in society. Life has potential for less than a fair system, just because something might be classified as legal in a grey area doesn’t mean all will see it that way or society might always have the potential for considering it that way in the future.

Labeled as safe might not always be safe has potential for less useful in societies where people rely upon a safe label. Have to trust things to some level can lead to over reliance on trusting things potentially when a system shifts from stable to unstable at some point in the future. Easy to think stability leads to stability, society as a functional bridge one day will lead to society as a functional bridge tomorrow. Governments and Politicians around the World rely upon the idea stability and order will be maintained and have incentive to control the narrative around it especially in times where stability and resources might be more questionable.

Invested too little might be consider less than appreciated at times as well, dynamics matter in society and are not always easy to gauge. Squeaky clean might not always be appreciated, there might be incentive, potential protection for not looking squeaky clean. Potentially harder with someone who likes to amplify truth in society, does not always know what there is to lose, potentially for thinking can speak freely off top of head without costs and consequences. Society sometimes turns down truth and that is far from zero cost, we need people to provide valuable information that keeps bridges functioning in society. Professionals inspired to provide the right information while holding close other confidential information based upon Non Disclosures has potential for many times amplifying less than sufficiently. Non Disclosures are complexity, are Much, Much that have the potential for being less than sufficient value added at times and that is not always pondered or versed in real ways. Real discussion costly potentially many times divested from in advance.

Potential for a well informed whistleblower to lead to clean water supplies. Potential for a misinformed whistleblower to bankrupt companies potentially companies that create water well drills and clean water supply. People take on jobs and work because they have to pay bills, need a place to live. People don’t always have the ability, or feel they have the ability to easily divest from situations where they might be required to blow the whistle. Tests against Moral Character are stressful, have the potential to put one on the street with insufficient resources, potential for not always versed as the real reason, potential for made out to be crazy and illogical. People have a family to feed, they don’t always have ideal capacity to say shouldn’t have made a family and then I wouldn’t need a job that has potential to test me in complex and excessive ways. Complexity has potential for compounding.

Bar can be set too high, Bar can be set too low, and those that judge the bar are not all human imperfection out, max profit and competition reduced. Judgment by humans is many times less than ideal based upon the desire to improve throughput, potential value added for pondering what complexity we choose to take on in life. Divested has potential for less than all value added as well, less conversation not always more conversation.

How I Pray

I can’t say God always answers my prayers or at least answers them in a way I comprehend.

That said

Father please bless and protect everyone on Earth, Space, in Heaven, and in Hell for this day and every day forward to the infinite fold In Christ’s Name I ask this

Infinite – large unquantifiable amounts that God gets to decide upon, tying hands with bounds less than all value added, sometimes repeated with many more infinities

Bless – life is more than water and bread

Protect – everyone needs protection, life tempts and tests in ways that aren’t always meant. What is the power in a word? Women Orchard or Women Ordinance? Associations have potential for amping less than sufficiently by default.

Hell? – love your enemy, life that tempts could have sent me there if not by the Grace of God

If my prayers are less than ideal they might inspire better ones.

Free Starter Image I painted a while back (before I refined my prayers as above)

Prayers have potential for inspiring a changed mind, inspiring love and grace when all we can see is anger

A quote that praying for your enemies lumps hot coals on top of their head if I remember correctly. When I pray for my enemies I want them actually blessed and protected, not lumps of hot coals, changing the script has potential for great grace and mercy added. Mercy for the Merciful.

Transport

Transport is one of the 8 forms of Waste, Blood is responsible for taking waste to the Liver and Kidneys from my understanding. Similar not exact systems like similes and metaphors, pneumonics useful for memory.

“For instance, blood moves carbon dioxide to the lungs for exhalation from the body, and various waste products are transported to the kidneys and liver for excretion from the body in the form of urine or bile.” – anatomy+phys+vol2a.pdf

Amazon delivered some food to me last night. I also took a stomach supplement by Thorn (I bought from Amazon a while back) as I have had stomach issues. I had more nutrition and slept better than I have slept in weeks last night. Amazon likely does not always get props for the value creation they add in society thus thought it was worth noting. Helped me immensely in a difficult time in life, huge.

Doctors are huge, support networks that can help enable them better factors into success likely not in always fully pondered ways.

Doctors empowered has the potential for a lot of value added.

The word Empowered has potential for more appreciated as humanization than unleashed? Potentially more appreciated as the fighters they are if using the word unleashed? I struggle with the right words as humanization is not always amplified sufficiently. I am not the man on the video was inspired by the words he used, unleashed likely not a fully pondered word.

Accessibility always fully pondered in respect to Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)?

Potassium

Trying to work on my own nutrition thus I read the following article and thought I would share

Orange Juice has a significant amount of Potassium, and Low Sodium V8 has a more significant amount of Potassium than one might expect by default 8fl oz contains 850mg which says it is 20% in a serving. USA diets generally already are high on salt intake thus the Low Sodium version might beat the original.

Worthy of note, from what I have read too much potassium can be a problem in certain individuals with advanced kidney disease (kidneys remove excess potassium) or potentially with people that use medications that make the body hold onto extra potassium (NSAIDs are the example in the article).

I have wound up in the hospital before and they found my blood to be low on potassium and they gave me potassium pills (still a low percentage of daily value I believe as too much concentrated potassium is a problem as well). Nutrition is crucial and not always fully pondered.

Anatomy Question

Likely obvious to a skilled professional, I am trying to learn, I have the following question based upon reading an anatomy textbook.

Question – Autoimmune diseases caused by white blood cells attack myelination creating inflammation in Multiple Sclerosis yet white blood cells can’t cross BBB (Blood Brain Barrier). Is it the Microglia (Resident Macrophages) that attack the myelination?

“Multiple sclerosis (MS) is one such disease. It is an example of an autoimmune disease. The antibodies produced
by lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell) mark myelin as something that should not be in the body. This causes
inflammation and the destruction of the myelin in the central nervous system. As the insulation around the axons is
destroyed by the disease, scarring becomes obvious. This is where the name of the disease comes from; sclerosis means
hardening of tissue, which is what a scar is. Multiple scars are found in the white matter of the brain and spinal cord.
The symptoms of MS include both somatic and autonomic deficits. Control of the musculature is compromised, as is
control of organs such as the bladder” – Anatomy and Physiology Volume 2 Open Stax

“Like a few other parts of the body, the brain has a privileged blood supply. Very little can pass through by diffusion.
Most substances that cross the wall of a blood vessel into the CNS must do so through an active transport process. Because
of this, only specific types of molecules can enter the CNS. Glucose—the primary energy source—is allowed, as are amino
acids. Water and some other small particles, like gases and ions, can enter. But most everything else cannot, including white
blood cells, which are one of the body’s main lines of defense. While this barrier protects the CNS from exposure to toxic
or pathogenic substances, it also keeps out the cells that could protect the brain and spinal cord from disease and damage.
The BBB also makes it harder for pharmaceuticals to be developed that can affect the nervous system. Aside from finding
efficacious substances, the means of delivery is also crucial.” – Anatomy and Physiology Volume 2 Open Stax

“Microglia are, as the name implies, smaller than most of the other glial cells. Ongoing research into these cells,
although not entirely conclusive, suggests that they may originate as white blood cells, called macrophages, that become
part of the CNS during early development. While their origin is not conclusively determined, their function is related to
what macrophages do in the rest of the body. When macrophages encounter diseased or damaged cells in the rest of the
body, they ingest and digest those cells or the pathogens that cause disease. Microglia are the cells in the CNS that can do
this in normal, healthy tissue, and they are therefore also referred to as CNS-resident macrophages.” – Anatomy and Physiology Volume 2 Open Stax
