Examples for Value Added is less than an ideal system

There are allot of things in the World that do not happen. Things that do not happen are valuable and not always acknowledged for the value they add. People in the Military, Intelligence, and Police Forces have given me 40 years thus far of not being killed in my sleep, or lined up against a wall and shot with a machine gun. I am grateful for the things that have not happened. Though I can’t really know how grateful I should actually be. Hard to fully appreciate things I have not fully perceived correctly.
