Risk before October 7th, 2023 was Real, Eminent, Known, and Projectable yet allow World courts to discount, dismiss liability? Lawyers dismiss Liability because it is useful, factors into capacity to maximize profit, capacity to hold moral superiority, capacity to claim ideal ground on irreparable harm.
