Maybe add some of the Cool Water Spraying Fans as well, not sure how to make Texas summers better, preparation now factors into potential for a better future with less Heat Strokes and Better Hydration
Mobile AC Sounds pretty nice too – Low voltage sounds pretty nice due to being around water, potential for considerations around higher voltage items, probably potential for increased productivity in hotter regions
Increased Investment in Green Technologies and Less Global Warming has potential for helping the future. That said, last Texas summer was brutal and any changes to global environmental conditions is likely to take years. Interim solutions have potential for allot of value added for protecting people.
There is a bit of beauty in using the sun to keep us cool.
