Racial Segregation that is less than ideal is both In By Design in Society and Sometimes Insufficient. Churches and other groups, sometimes Cities and Regions have potential to be influenced greater by some groups of people than others.
There are Churches and Mosques, Synagogues that all have potential for being influenced by particular Races and Ethnicities in Society more than others. Proximity and Accessibility Matters – a Church that is in walking distance is different from one that people might have to take two hours on a train ride to get to.
People might go to Churches or other groups to be contrast, to give more adequate representation even though they are another Race or Sex than many in a Church. If I go to a Church as a Christian, that does not equal I am always getting to know Muslims and Jewish people that exist in our society better.
That equals I know others are both in Society that matter and I likely know and have invested time in talking to them less than ideally potentially less than sufficiently at times. I want all to be blessed and protected, but to state I get that ideal when proximity and accessibility factors into interactions seems wrong, unwise.
Categorize and Classify amplifies less than ideally, less than sufficiently at times. If I see a Movie where a rich man deals cocaine. If I see another Movie where a man with a white linen shirt deals cocaine. Now I might think of, or potentially even classify someone that is Rich and wears a White Linen Shirt as a Cocaine dealer. This is wrong, consequential, and has the potential to be a huge problem that is not always pondered.
Even if I am wise enough just to factor in economic status and clothing into evidence about what to think about someone, I might be building conscious and potentially subconscious biases. People do not always recognize the biases they have, they do factor into things, thus I feel like subconscious is not a frivolous claim.
Pending is not an ideal system. I see someone that is Rich and wears a White Linen Shirt it is consequential what I think of that person. If I pend might be a drug dealer might not be a drug dealer, how might that create problems for their family down the line? If they are a drug dealer and I have not adequately taken evidence into account, how might that factor into advice I give to others and safety of bringing people I care about around them. How much is the discouragement lost due to pended friends, pended might be might not be a threat? Huge. Society might desire to more adequately and fairly represent all individuals does not equate to that is how society perceives, comprehends, and delivers support.
We expect different levels of Representation, Reduced Discrimination for Companies, and Government than we do for Churches. A Church that is all African American, Middle Eastern, Hispanic, Oriental, or Caucasian is held to different standards than a Company that is all one ethnicity, or a Government Organization that is all one ethnicity. Diverse Representation and Under Representation Matters, and Churches have not been all Salem Witch Trials reduced – less than ideal potentially less than sufficient or adequate representation factors into potential problems that are hard to gauge.
Talking about Problems, does not always equate to Reduced Problems. If I didn’t factor in economic status and white linen shirts into my examples, someone unfamiliar might have be less biased when they talk to a Rich Man with a White Linen Shirt. My example was not chosen because it was ideal, because it was problem free, because I fully comprehend potential for both good and bad in the example, my example was chosen out of convenience to establishing my point – I am actively limiting relevance in other directions based on my desire to construct an argument. Calling out that my argument has the potential to amplify less than ideally might equate to my argument felt as less confident, less ideal throughput. Other’s arguments that sound confident might be subject to same issues and my argument, relevance limited on purpose and desire to produce value in a particular direction.
Now someone might feel like they have to look Wealthy and wear a White Linen Shirt to protect others? True. Sometimes people focus attention on themselves to protect others equates to sometimes problems not even talked about might be of greater value at times. Talking about the problem has potential to create the problem, not talking about the problem has potential to create the problem. Levels of directions chosen with arguments, examples and details, repetitions factor into less and more problems in society in particular directions in potentially less than ideal or sufficient directions for all parties.
Claiming directions chosen, ideas and topics focused on amp ideally or sufficiently for all parties, are chosen without bias, chosen without desire for personal liability protection at times seems unwise, and less than sufficient Grace and Forgiveness Inspired. I could have used all these paragraphs to talk about Grace and Forgiveness, would have been a similar yet different direction that might have amplified more ideally. Encouragement matters, reminders that there is still hope and blessings everyday matters, Never Say Die!
I am a Christian, I do think 10 Commandments taught matters and is likely to be less than adequately turned up outside of Churches, and I also believe Diversity and Representation both matters and delivers less than ideally at times in our Society potentially in consequential ways.
People in Jails don’t have access to vlogs, don’t have the potential to argue their points or call out injustices in Society. If we don’t call out injustices and misrepresentation that is In By Design we might find ourselves in the same jails one day underrepresented with no access to be able to raise our voices. Specific cases and details are not always easy to turn up, potentially less accessible, proximity made more difficult, thus representation that is in the general is both in by design and potentially a reason for More Grace and Forgiveness sometimes taken on Faith. I can’t get access to all details of injustices in The World, and even if I could it might endanger my family – arguing in generality might be more sufficient protection for all parties sometimes.
All things that factor into risk mitigation are not always acknowledged, perception and comprehension of potential problems in society are not always turned up. I want people Free, Encouraged, and Protected and potential problem paths are not always acknowledged (for good reasons at times) that could lead to being trapped.
