I was looking at installing Audacity – a sound recording program because Adobe Audition is having issues for me

A sound file created via a program that is licensed under GPLv3, a covered work or not a covered work?

Generally, I would think of covered work as a derivative application, like releasing your own version of Audacity, yet the way it is described seems like could get some to buy in and some to be leveraged which is not all good. Music producers having their capacity to profit off their work set to null does not seem like the goal of Audacity and other Free Software.

Golden Rule for Startups and people with less funding for legal fees?

Imagine you are stuck in Jail being oppressed, and your lawyer is reading this contract discussing the nuances of how output and capacity to profit might be if-ed all while you sit in jail?

I am not a lawyer or authority, that said More Grace and Forgiveness might be a better flashlight. People know their situations better than I do. People do not always use others words in ideal ways, are not required to give ideal time, thought, and reflection upon the words they speak. If others won’t use truth in your best interest, give it to them freely?

More forgiveness and grace facilitate amount of truth in the room on any given day. Truth that enables value more for some over others is not ideal Golden Rule for all.

That said truth might come to stand offs on higher matters, more truth invested in should be rewarded instead of punished – facilitates more truth in the future. Small relevance limiting could be very problematic, who is in the building vs who is not in the building might lead to insufficient oversight.

If someone is in an oppressive country, and ours is sometimes, I would want them protected and enabled by their words, not reduced by them.

Jail and solitary confinement have potential for psychological problems that I wouldn’t wish on anyone, for that reason and more solutions that don’t involve jail, reducing human dignity, and don’t lead to excessive time costs I believe are valuable, worth turning up.

One of the reasons I value more inclusivity, and swifter paths to citizenship. Make the path too hard works like water and path of least resistance. I recognize that deported to an area with cartel violence might be higher loss than me getting answers at times.

People have a tendency to reveal truth at later times when they think the coast is clear, there is less potential for problems, problem with that thought is distance and time from events has potential to reduce clarity in capacity comprehend. Claim to be able to remember health problems, how supply lines were and level of stress at a future date? Make the future better and share wisdom learned might be higher value at times.
