EULAs and License Agreements

Golden Rule

What we turn up matters. More legalism more potential for comprehension of gotchas – which might be used in non-ideal ways against each other.

I don’t like my data being misused. I realize it helps with some services. I also think it has been abused.

Further it is allot of wasted time. Is clicking agree to a EULA (End User License Agreement) without reading it perfection? James 4:17. Imagine you have a doctor that has to drop what they are doing read a 3 hour long EULA before helping others – others that might be you one day. Is that lost time perfection? James 4:17

“But they signed a Contract!” – the thought gets turned up…. NDAs. Might equate to not sharing critical information swiftly, which might save a life. All people are good with weighting and weighing ethics in ideal ways at ideal times? James 4:17 I am not sure inspires undecided

On another note it turns up reading which is not all bad. Legal documents have potential to change lives in valuable ways, change laws for the better, add safety for all, and give the ability to turn up products like medical electronics that save lives.

I can count on you losing that time (with competitive businesses), with 8 billion people – allot of lost time for helping others.

Of course just clicking through might be like not reading this document

“Some people will read it, they will tell us if something is wrong.” “We did, we sent it in an email, but you didn’t read it.” – Collective divestment from responsibility in practice?

Broken Trust

I am protestant, not catholic. I am only slightly familiar with catholic confession.

If I went to confession, told my sins, then found out later there were microphones in the booth – that disseminates data to the rest of the known world that does not use that information always per the Golden Rule – I might never want to go to confession, might not want to be Catholic again.

The world has a problem with unforgiveness. Broken trust by authority James 4:17 knowing and not doing is sin. If a priest is knowingly not following The Golden Rule – knows there might be others listening – would they be in sin, unable to absolve sins? Thought is combination reduces have to rely upon the Catholic priests to tell data that they need to tell.

As a protestant I believe I can go directly to Christ. And with a world full of cameras and microphones – claim sins are really unknown? I am too busy trying to deal with my own problems, probably like most people to likely comprehend in ideal ways, and others that might be watching are not God, likely to comprehend in ideal ways? God gives authority to an unforgiving world, or likely some sin in that?

Thoughts on Gangs

Might kill you said might not be all pretty.

I do not advise joining gangs. People get in trouble and get scared they might be looking for protection.

They might have cancer might have other problems that make death a more real possibility – which leads to fear.

They might try to join cops, though they might not think cops will fully protect them.

People not scared and intimidated in the first place has value. The Church values persecution at times which might lead to suffering unsaid – feeling of drives back to the Church as useful might have other implications.

Make them suffer a while… oh they fixed it, now all our safety is in jeopardy is possible.

Less war is less need for protection not always turned up in advance.

My thought is dangers thought out loud is different at different times. I might be trying to warn about High Voltage with the words might kill you meant as might be fatal, yet if a gang or military hears might kill you it might inspire action that is not desirable.

Protestant and Catholic

I want all people to be saved and go to Heaven when they die.

Do Church leader’s hold a grudge or do the love their enemy? Are we all just Christians or do different beliefs on sacraments, divisions, brand us and divide us?

The Devil is a strong enemy – divided makes things more difficult.

Love and mercy, more at the table in Heaven, beats the alternative.

Mourning Thoughts

If someone dies it is sad. Funerals taken seriously is worth turning up to honor their lives. Able to take the right things serious like safety is important. It facilitates authority respected which factors into their power to make things better.

That said I don’t think it is wise to be sad or show sadness all of the time. 8 billion plus people in the World, many not Christians and if you believe in Heaven and Hell one person dying that doesn’t believe likely happens frequently – thus one could argue tears everyday all day 24/7/365 is the only appropriate response. Though that sad would likely lead to no inspiration for saving people – why should I believe in a God that makes His followers cry all day everyday? Wouldn’t really lead of feeling of saved.

Further the sheer magnitude of the problem makes humor in my mind – like staring at a Tidal Wave with a pale thinking how am I going to fix this? If someone gives you one paper to read no big deal, if they open an office with pages stacked wall to wall and say read it all with no end in sight you might think they are playing a joke on you, like drowning in a sea of paperwork, added 10000 pages of earmarks 15 minutes before the bill is passed.

Humor is encouraging though not always serious and not always problem free. Yet it might at times lead to mercy and grace, relatability that bridges divides, makes peace, and brings hope which I think might have more capacity to save at times then 24/7 mourning. Drowning in a pit of despair while problems need to be solved is not what I think I or society would want for engineers. Not to say I don’t think tears are useful, cathartic at times, show that things matter – though feel it might make others feel it which is not what I want. Further given some of the situations I have been in tears don’t fix problem, give oxygen to anxiety has been replaced with more calculated thinking less dependent on fear – pros and cons in it that might make self look unemotional or unapologetic.

Love that sounds legal, research, scientific, calculated, might sound less warm like I don’t feel the punches. But I have been on the street so much tears and despair doesn’t pick me up each day in these hard times. A-ing feel is not all wisdom, like living in fear and hopelessness, like no good can come of the day.

Power to less, words to less useful is useful but for who? Despair is power to less. If a coach was talking to a football team, tell them how terrible they are right before the match would fuel despair which I don’t agree with. Can’t say I have always gotten that right – I am not a football coach, I do want to see peace and change in the world.

Do I want an A fee God?

B, C students set to shouldn’t pray?

James 4:17 be perfect knowing and not doing is sin?

Doesn’t seem very merciful perfection or a God that says you need not apply.

Seems like we are constantly in sin without even trying to be. Like we need to say the Lord’s Prayer on repeat all day long just to be forgiven for societal injustice, failure to meet perfection.

Requirement to be on, like saying have to be plugged in, yet on requires perfection to have God listen or answer prayers is too heavy. The lantern must be lit, to be lit requires perfection, and since nobody is perfect no lantern is lit – problem with A fee perfection up. Devalues the ability to believe God will deliver, will be invested at all.

Part in Corinthians about who won’t inherit the kingdom of God as if we don’t turn up a society with some of that. Don’t really like the idea of part of society getting left with the bill for things we don’t ideally divest from.

Listened to a rock song, watched a TV show, went to a dance – other many normal actions that don’t ideally turn up less of those problems (like fornication) in Corinthians. B and C students?

10 you know A fee PO-ed, Pee-d owe

Can’t be in two places at once is less than perfection? Mourn with each other or Good Samaritan?

Luke 6 v that quote from Corinthians – don’t condemn followed by set will not be get

H is A Christ, H is A Paul, H is no difference?

H I know H add is H add sin, and H add sin might not be prayers answered?

“You just didn’t really want it” – what an A fee God would say?

Character of God as Love and merciful matters seems worthy of turning up.

Men and women sometimes see eye to eye on what sins matter. Yet men and women judging each other from capacity to profit and less than ideal comprehension doesn’t seem just. If lit, is like a lantern that you have been saved by Christ I am not sure we would want to judge each other on lit or not lit.

If you sinned once 20 years ago and did everything perfect since – which I know at least personally I haven’t – seems wrong to be constantly reminded of your sin as if God didn’t forgive you and also seems wrong to say it had no impact on the future, current state of affairs.

A is less A fee each other might lead to more mercy, friends, and closer Churchs.

H is A forgiveness, mercy, and grace regardless of each other’s sins?

No condemnation under Christ v Christ said don’t sin, Paul just said sinners will go to hell (will not inherit might not be hell?)

Not sure I like the idea of someone turns up systems that lead to sin for years, repents 5 minutes before they die, then are forced to watch while for 20 years people that took part in the same systems go to hell. Really heaven knowing you get saved they don’t as ideal mercy?

Have A from F they may have A because of your previous F? Set to ideal love, mercy, and forgiveness?

H if F see you burn? No, A is F see you burn. Not sure how to get there though not sure I should claim to be more than a B or C student.

Automation, Job Loss, and Reduced Safety Nets

Convergence might not be all pretty in the coming years.

15,000 churches could close this year amid religious shift in U.S. – NewsBreak

Also worthy of note a Church that allows me to be robbed on repeat, a regular basis, year after year – unlikely to have 10%, unlikely to be seen as A-ing the Golden Rule. 77 times no apologies yet reinforces a system of injustice on the common?

1 Corinthians 12:26, Romans 8:17, Romans 12:15, Galatians 6:2 – I have spent many days homeless throughout this year, can’t say Christians have always been standing there with me (for the amount of Churches seems like something might need to change). Spent many nights without access to a bathroom – not really something I think is righteous to do to me or to set as sufficient for others – there is some value in not have others experiencing that too. Following months are getting colder precedent as acceptable has forward movement, with the government shutdown combined with bureaucratic red tape a lost id could easily lead to deaths, and people in government likely know that.

Government shutdown like Jim Jones, Heaven’s Gate? Everyone drinking the koolaid from doesn’t look like everyone doesn’t look like koolaid? Wonder what the 2024 statistic is for homeless deaths in USA during the winter.

Better champagne likely in heaven, likely less chance for being robbed – “Hey, I think that angel just stole my wallet – wings and easy get aways”. All that said I am not sure dying or allowing others to die sets a good example for future generations.

Thoughts on P Diddy Trial

I am not a lawyer. I don’t know the specifics.

4 years sounds like a long time. A long time to be next to a shiv. A long time where people could do you wrong in many ways. P Diddy is power before and likely will be a powerful person after – now with longer influences, 4 years of influences – that might not be all future leverage out.

I am a believer that just because you live through jail or prison – there is no guarantee to make you a better or stronger person. You could have a heart attack or get cancer in there – in 4 years allot can happen. Events and altercations he might or might not be apart of just by being there. Further administrations and who is in power changes in this country at the minimum of every 4 years – people could get in wars, and just decide to stop releasing people all together – less injustice over the long term is not a guarantee.

I don’t know the women’s stories in the trial and don’t want to make their lives harder. Every jail and prison is different so my thoughts might be more or less applicable. People might think taught a real lesson might be what is best for a rapper. Especially given music doesn’t always turn up ideals. Rock, Country, Pop, and Rap all blur the lines at times on acceptable, moral behavior – thus made an example of is not all pretty if that is what is actually at play.

Further society not required to change doesn’t seem all ideal while punishing him for 4 years. Will society be required to shut down strip clubs for 4 years to make sure everyone changes, society changes in ideal ways?

4 years not likely always 4 years in our prison system, that said mercy is given to the merciful – thus I hope people can find a way to forgive and move forward swiftly as the future is not guaranteed for any of us.
