No tests for World Leaders and CEOs possibly not all value added as if it wasn’t that man, that comedian saying it, likely someone else would have. To say too many tests can’t be turned up for World Leaders, Politicians, and CEOs seems unwise as well. Time worried about protecting Image is Not Time Worrying and Working on Mission Critical Issues like better healthcare and food shortages, disaster risk reduction.
Politicians can easily juggle protecting Image? CEO can easily juggle protecting Image? There is nowhere else their time would be served better? Not protecting Image could lead to fired, to impeached. Hard to make things better when removed from Power. Requirement to fight to maintain Power is not all sufficient Power amplified.
There are allot of people that don’t test Leaders, try not to test Leaders, that try to make their lives better. That bring them real issues like reducing the death penalty and Increasing Universal Basic Income to prevent people from freezing on the streets. Real issues are tests too, too serious can likely be turned up. People and Leaders likely like to upsell their choices and delivery to ideal throughput when throughput is much less than ideal or always even sufficient. Humor beats rage. Humor punished severely can lead to feeling Leader needs to be removed from Power. Excessive Force easy to turn up likely not a fully appreciated system.
Feedback gives important information, important information that is not always delivered with nice words, with words that are zero Volume and zero Tests added. “Shit is broken fix it” – is frank, honest, and can be one more reminder to a Leader things aren’t working right and if they don’t fix it they are likely to be fired or removed from office.

There are many in the World that need a voice that are limited. Widows and Underappreciated teachers, People that are Oppressed and have insufficient ability to fight for their rights comes to mind.
Creative people purposely misinterpret words at times to increase Throughput, to increase value in message for some while reducing value in message for others. Popular control mechanism and creative word play can change things for the worse at times and that is not always fully known or appreciated. Making communicators feel like they will be heard, perceived, and comprehended wrong has potential for less desire to amplify message.

I want others to be Blessed, Appreciated, Respected, and Inspired. That is convoluted with idea they need to appreciate every word I speak and every idea I have. Ideally protected might not equal ideally appreciated.
Say there is a Party. We’ll call this PartyA where a lot of people will be at that amplifies Popularity. Yet it is dangerous for a Man, call him ManB to be at that Party. Telling ManB that he should not go to the party, a party with chance for encouragement and potential to amplify success will be appreciated ideally?
Words that protect others will always be ideally appreciated is unlikely. Making others feel like they have less capacity to make their own decisions is unlikely to be fully appreciated.

People sometimes amp the right value without giving the reason. Extra details might lead to a better choice yet those details can be withheld as a way to potentially protect other individuals. Getting involved with illegal drugs is a bad choice. A bad choice that has the potential to amp in not fully comprehendible ways. Stress levels caused by zero resources has potential to leave some people poor and dead on the streets, but at least they didn’t sell drugs might be looked at by others in a particular light. Sometimes conversation is not about us, it is sometimes about how we can help the other parties think through better decisions. One person with a message is easier to defeat than many people with a message, Throughput of Message dependent on a single point of failure is unwise. Numbers of people amplifying the same or similar message can be a lot of power, for good or bad. Important to invest in better message throughput and training for all upfront, what goes out is usually a product of what goes in.
Life is Not Fair, Communication Throughput is Less Than Ideal by Default, True Communication Throughput turned up, Miscommunication turned down requires strategy and a considering a constant feedback process based on a dynamic system. Correcting without being hateful, while actually caring about the person that is being corrected gives feeling of more rare.

Non disclosures seen as Amp ideally, teams that enable throughput for some while limiting throughput for others seen as Amps ideally would be unwise. System claims sufficient Communication Throughput from Insufficient Grounds with Insufficient Evidence. Less Miscommunication requires investment and investment in Truth. Truth is Not Sufficiently invested in. Maintenance of Infrastructure, including Signs that convey life or death information is built upon a ridiculous level of national debt that appears highly unsustainable long term.
I or any should respect the advice of a system that doesn’t amplify respect for numbers? $5 or $5 trillion just numbers that can be borrowed like it is no big deal? Numbers set to inconsequential as do not factor into who gets support and who does not would be unwise.
Numbers Matter and that is Not what is Amplified, Trained by our Leaders. Set to inconsequential? Makes people want to Trust the Leaders ideally, sufficiently?
Numbers considered as used wisely by our system that capitalizes on Max Profit, teams, and proximity to convenience seems unwise. High Potential for numbers invested in less useful systems while leaving some that need more with insufficient at critical times?
Numbers are iffy, a joke, can be altered can be adjusted is not an ideal support system for our future. Numbers that are amped in less than trustworthy way gives less than feeling of can or should trust those numbers. Politicians can paint with numbers, and given my experience I don’t like what they are painting. Sounding like further than you would actually want, higher level of contrast feel like required to get protection, mercy, love, and grace is far less than ideal.
Most people would agree, cutting off someone’s hand for stealing is monstrous. Stealing can also be amped through iffy conditions and being robbed. Making it clear not to steal and cheat someone, that there are consequences, without monstrous consequences seen as easy to get right maybe not all true value added.
A country that borrows non stop against a future that requires maintenance? Easily could be upsold to all are stealing from the future. What is considered as stealing, what specifics are considered as relevant matters.
Real consequences based on iffy systems that don’t value numbers, that don’t value training in Math, that don’t truly value training in Mercy and Grace have high potential for inadequate Love Amped. Love matters, people that Love others know not to test people past their breaking point, past their useful point.
Homosexuality can lead to lives lost. Homosexuality can lead to business deals ruined. Homosexuals need love and grace yet the World can turn up horrific levels of don’t fuck with me like that to try and get peace. Back off I am not interested in that can be reinforced in non ideal ways. Amping the right level of Mercy, Grace, and Love while still protecting family is less than easy to get ideally right.

People will always have sufficient grace for things that they can’t see seems unwise. Also these systems and health problems can be turned on in combination combined with tests in a way that others or a corrupt system find useful. “Played”

Insufficiently invested in equals high potential for poor maintenance, poor real data security and data consistency. A prisoners name could easily be set to my name, or yours. Comprehended is less than a given, Amped is less than a given.
Politicians know all names on Death Row? Maybe not. A name changed for another has zero potential for happening? Some might put a child of the Politician in Jail, and allow limited visibility to amp until the Politician regrets. That is how our system amps, how this World amps. Wiser to invest in Life, less excessive prison sentences.
Some politicians children might turn that up on purpose. Fully comprehended what it takes to get someone that has been turned up as ruthless to stop being ruthless?
I don’t have to train them better, I don’t have to be responsible for training them better, yet I get to punish them for that amps less than ideally. No guarantee punishment ordered will get to the right person, can lead to divesting from process entirely. Times is limited, invest more time, money, and resources into training people not to go down the wrong path in the first place. Or spend more time, money, and resources to punish the wrong path effectively? If Time and Investment were unlimited life would be different. Time and Investment are not unlimited.
What is considered as sufficient investment varies. World Travel and not enough Mercy and Grace? Potential for Problems. A World enabled with More Mercy, Love, and Grace is a possible system, far from a given.
System appears to be modeled in a way that does not appreciate real Feedback. Has high potential for less than reliable. System amped to value Feedback and Communication more has more potential for forming the model of the system more accurately to the real model of the system. Feedback not valued has low potential for seeing and addressing problems as they arise.
High Precision and Accuracy around Judgment and Punishment is Expensive, Complex, and Harder to Design thus is not always adequately invested in. Less reliance on feedback leads to easier design, not more reliable design. Reduced complexity does not always equal more reliability, an adequately sufficiently modeled system.
System that monitors output has potential for taking that output into account, for modeling that output better than a system that just says this is how it works, not going to change anything. Systems that don’t appreciate feedback, that limit real discussion high potential for abuses of power.

People tendency to think their original training was sufficient as time goes on. There can be a lot of value in re-investing in basics though it is a bit of a pride check. Acknowledgment the Future Brings Updates Many of which can be Amazing might not be the easiest to Inspire.
Inspiring others to re-invest in Basics like Reading, Writing, Basic Math (Add, Subtract, Multiply, and Divide), and Strong Hypotheses, The Scientific Method has high potential to amplify value. Refreshing skills, potentially improving speed and throughput of those basics in a way that can enable society in real ways.
Critical Thinking is Power. Surface Area on basics re-amplified gives time for Critical Thought on how those basics can be more useful, can help us see what we like about the comprehension amplification and what we think might could be done better. Feedback is valuable to comprehension amplification, teaching, training, and coaching.
Teachers, Trainers, and Coaches that Actively Listen More set an example for those they are Teaching, Training, and Coaching. Turning up active listening, the importance of active listening and less miscommunication matters, and if Leaders don’t value turning up Listening and Observational Skills it is unlikely their followers will value Greater Listening and Observational Skills.
Reduced Complexity and Increase Emphasis, Decreased Distractions has potential to Amplify Focus. Focus is useful for Active Listening and Observation and might lead to Key Details heard and factored into Summaries (that are destructive compression) that might be otherwise missed. Summarization with the right Key Details matter. Good Summaries are possible, and Bad Summaries are possible. Summarization is a Process, a Process that has the potential to be improved in valuable ways. More information, the right information in less time is Powerful and can reduce latency and increase Throughput Significantly.
Forgiving quickly is hard, not always easy to do. Forgiving quickly is wise. Hard to make judgments on unknowns, unknown amount of training, limited resolution. High Potential for getting Judgment Wrong, High Potential for getting Forgiveness made swiftly Right.
Problems happen in life. We have to choose to let them be a Brick Wall that prevents us from moving forward or choose to not let them be a Brick Wall. A Growth Mindset is not always easy. Forgiving Swiftly, not letting self be limited and victimized by choices of others is a decision that can be hard to make.
Wrongs are easy to turn up as an excuse as to why not to move forward, not to deliver, not to grow. Hard to view them as one of many obstacles. Like hurdles on a track, one stops you, have to keep going rather than letting it leave you on the ground. Curveballs that make life harder are an opportunity to grow, are an opportunity to Inspire others not to walk down the same path.
Falling and breaking a leg can be an opportunity to give up or it can be an opportunity to show others how not to end up with a broken leg. Insight and Experience is valuable does not always equal it is nice or enjoyable to be wronged.
Fair, Zero Wrongs as a requirement, prerequisite to make progress in Life has High Potential for being limiting. People don’t Win and Achieve because Life is Fair, Just, People Win and Achieve because of Hard Work, Perseverance, and Luck in spite of an Unjust, Unfair World.
A hypothetical: Two people walking across a wooden bridge that needed maintenance updated known but funds were not available. One person breaks their leg falling through and the other does not. Luck factors into obstacles versus no obstacles. Less oversight and reduced funding factors into obstacles versus no obstacles.
The people walking across the bridge could have fixed it? Could have become a part of Town Hall and made sure there were funds allotted to the bridge? People choose different paths, and many times things go forward without significant hiccups. The paths we choose factor into what support is available at any one given moment. People that limit paths, people that reduce support are part of the system as well.

Known Probabilities are far less than ideal, are not always adequate have the potential to change way things are looked at in life. People should be able to drive at night with zero drunk drivers. Realistically there are not zero drunk drivers. Better amplification of support and training does not equal ideal amplification of support and training. Driving can be dangerous and people young (with limited training) are driving and people that are old (with less than ideal health support) are driving.
Greedy people can turn off accounts for personal profit. Can claim they are doing it for others good?
Greed might not be the ideal motivation does not equal it has zero potential for involved in decision making.
Accounts turned off can lead to defeated, or choice to improve communications skills, in way that can remind the World Time and Time Again about the wrongs and oppression of 2023.
Choosing Not to be defeated can lead to more surface area for practice. More surface area is not all time for Critical Thinking Reduced.
Teaching, Coaching, and Comprehension Amplification is Important, Necessary, Useful for Turning Up Active Listening. Better Active Listening More Potential for Better Results.
Society fails to see why turning off an artists accounts and contributions is Oppressive, Hurtful. If Society has real appreciation for what it is like to have all contributions robbed and having bank account set to zero higher potential for saying that is not right, shouldn’t have happened.
Better active listening, more likely to ask questions that can be answered, that have relevant details factored in. Someone teaching math is valuable, yet if we aren’t listening correctly we might ask a Science or English question. People have expertise that can amplify skills and that expertise is not always fully respected or appreciated.
