My guess is lawyers, police, and politicians have similar problems when looking at cases at times though as I am not any of those I can’t say for certain – can’t ideally comment on something out of my wheelhouse. The idea is somewhat consequential, cases that are set to decided upon have the potential for greater change early on. My guess is someone with a 15 year sentence would likely have greater chance of it overturned in the first year, 5 years people might feel less desire to fully challenge historic decisions – there is a cost, increased cost to attempting to recreate context and thus has higher potential for costs, costs equal higher potential for diminishing returns thus might be less than ideally invested in. Support for challenging is likely greater at the start of the case equals claims of a just system that always supports people with consistent fairness seems an unwise claim.

People hurt each other at times in our World. If someone hurts me, they have got their Owe, Ouch, Pain. They might have been inspired incorrectly, they might have made the actions on choices and information that is important that I have no active knowledge of that I might have made given same time pressures and constraints they were under. You get your Owe, Ouch, Pain sometimes turns up others desire to get their Owe, Ouch, Pain, or the one that got the Owe, Ouch, Pain to reciprocate at a Greater level to make sure they are never Owe, Ouch, Pained again.

Getting payback is not the only option, sometimes another option is Never Being around the person again. Limited proximity and accessibility leads to consequences such as less potential to hurt yet also less potential for the person hurt to inspire more positive paths – they would have to trust God to inspire better paths in others. Negate proximity is a useful system at times, there are wars in the World and being close is not always less problems.

Negate proximity has potential for turned up at times not always due to the actions of the people that might be perceived to cause the Owe, Ouch, Pain. Personal issues, Health Problems, and Distrust has potential to manifest in not fully appreciated ways. People have to understand why someone is so angry is not guaranteed. Revenge amps far less than ideally, and is not always sufficient Protection for any of the parties involved.

I get my Owe, Ouch, Pain for wrongs not always wise to turn up. If someone steals a dollar from me, and they get put in Jail for a year – that is not my desire, yet further distance from a problem and inability to see how society and our legal system actually amplifies has potential to lead to problems like that. I was stolen from in the past, I reported it to the police without really questioning how our system was currently amplifying. I was mad at the time and I was lucky enough to be directed to a police report instead of trying to confront the problem on my own. Displaced from the time in history makes it feel like much less of a big deal.

People have potential for getting what they think is better for a moment in time and yet knowing what I know now I would be tempted to not even file a police report. I can understand Take the loss, move forward feels insufficient at times. If someone is stealing from me I want it clear “You can’t do that, You can’t steal from me” yet getting what I want might lead to getting allot of what I don’t want (injustice, more problems for society). Further it is easy to think society never steals, yet innocent people sit in Jail everyday, not put a number on the rate per hour for lost time of innocents in Jail? Make all people pay the loss? Reasoning that is less than ideal couldn’t have been used to factor into stealing from me? I never knew what happened, kind of hope nobody was caught relatable? Learn more over time changes perception of value derived?

People leading by example might be inflated to perfect communicators, less appreciation for miscommunication possible not always good. Perfect communicators might be inflated to my personal comprehension is ideal.

I am made in the Image of God, I am called to be Perfect therefore I am Perfect, The Preacher said it right, therefore I comprehended it right. A logical train of thought that can be dangerously wrong.

Communication throughput needs to be more sufficient therefore it is more sufficient has both truth and potential fallacy. A message said in confidence and received in confidence factors into throughput that is more sufficient. Yet requirement to have faith as sufficient is both important and seems like has potential to deliver in less-than-ideal ways. Good faith in receiving a message might be inflated to zero potential for typos.
