Song is one example of many including paintings, movies, scientific discoveries and more (I would have given more examples yet I thought one example was valuable for brevity and potential for a head start for the world 8 billion plus people and supercomputers equates to time losses to less and greater throughput valued at times over completeness)

People created the tablet I created this on, computers I posted this with, the site that it is hosted on, all those that enabled sufficient supply lines and health to provide this document today (including ERs that didn’t let me die) all factor into capacity to deliver

I want people that have supported me over the years or people that haven’t supported me over the years supported less is not true value added, God doesn’t ideally tell me who needs my support or when, just because I might not have access to say the right words to the right people does not mean I don’t want them said. Imagine I would have the right words to say to someone a week in advance to prevent them from making a horrible mistake, I would does not equate to I would know who would need those words. Less than ideal comprehend factors into less than ideal comprehend. Conversation does not get ideally turned up, relevance limiting factors into protection, protection is not always ideal protection for all parties.

Risk Mitigation for Support Losses due to increases in AI and Efficiency

Asked Google Gemini the following question, reminder AI and systemic solutions such as computers do not generate perfect output, a starting point for conversation is helpful

Question: How do we mitigate potential for AI and computing systems, increases in efficiency in manufacturing to reduce access to gainful employment

Output: The increasing efficiency of AI and computing systems in manufacturing undoubtedly poses challenges to traditional employment models. However, there are several strategies we can employ to mitigate the potential negative impacts and ensure a smooth transition for the workforce:

  1. Invest in Education and Reskilling:
  • Focus on STEM: Prioritize education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields to equip individuals with the skills needed to thrive in a tech-driven economy.
  • Lifelong Learning: Encourage continuous learning and upskilling throughout an individual’s career to adapt to evolving job requirements.
  • Public-Private Partnerships: Foster collaboration between educational institutions, governments, and businesses to create relevant training programs and resources.
  1. Promote Job Creation in New Sectors:
  • Support Innovation: Encourage the development and growth of new industries and technologies that create jobs requiring human skills and creativity.
  • Incentivize Entrepreneurship: Create a supportive environment for entrepreneurs and small businesses to flourish, as they are often the engines of job creation.
  • Invest in Infrastructure: Develop infrastructure that supports new industries, such as high-speed internet, transportation networks, and research facilities.
  1. Implement Policies to Protect Workers:
  • Universal Basic Income (UBI): Consider implementing UBI or similar social safety nets to provide financial security for those displaced by automation.
  • Wage Subsidies: Provide wage subsidies to encourage companies to hire and retain workers, even as automation increases.
  • Progressive Taxation: Implement progressive tax policies to ensure that the benefits of increased productivity are shared more equitably.
  1. Encourage Human-AI Collaboration:
  • Augmenting, Not Replacing: Focus on using AI to augment human capabilities, rather than replacing them entirely. This could involve AI systems handling repetitive tasks while humans focus on higher-level decision-making and creativity.
  • Collaborative Design: Involve workers in the design and implementation of AI systems to ensure that their needs and concerns are addressed.
  • Transparency and Explainability: Develop AI systems that are transparent and explainable, so workers understand how decisions are being made and can trust the technology.
  1. Adapt Labor Market Institutions:
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Promote flexible work arrangements, such as part-time work, job sharing, and remote work, to create more opportunities for diverse workers.
  • Shorter Workweeks: Consider reducing the standard workweek to distribute available work more evenly.
  • Portable Benefits: Make benefits like healthcare and retirement savings portable, so workers can transition between jobs more easily.

By taking a proactive and comprehensive approach, we can ensure that the increased efficiency brought about by AI and computing systems in manufacturing leads to a more equitable and prosperous future for everyone.

It’s crucial to remember that this is an ongoing challenge, and continuous dialogue and adaptation will be necessary to address the evolving impacts of technology on the workforce.

Typing Pratice

I got a new MSI keyboard recently that has the capability to light up on keypresses. Thoughts of peripheral vision and typing practice.

MSI Vigor GK30 USB Wired RGB Gaming Keyboard, Water Repellent – Newegg.com

I also have bought some icepacks recently from Tom Thumb that I have on back of my chair – Texas heat is intense, potential way to help with cooling, makes practicing typing a bit more enjoyable experience.

Also have some Icy Hot Pro Dry Spray that I have used on my back which helps reduce back pain. Dry Spray is nice, lidocaine products require application, sometimes I use disposable gloves because takes a long time to wash lidocaine off hands like 1 minute and half. Note: The Dry Spray says was hands thoroughly after each use.

Listening to some nice ominous music while practicing, kind sounds like monks, reminds of AC Air Conditioning, and thoughts of suspense, what is in the tunnel?

Also drinking a product called Liquid IV Hydration Multiplier – mixes in with water, I am currently using a Brita Water filter (also purchased from Tom Thumb), ordered some from Amazon that didn’t arrive, not sure what is up.

AI and Economic Win Wins

Disclaimer: Reminder AI systems and systemic systems like computers might give what looks like ideal output, but is not required to be tested thus has potential to be wrong at times, information and output is a starting point for conversation

Asked Google Gemini (an AI system) the following question

Question: Suggestions on making economic win wins

Output: Economic win-wins, also known as mutually beneficial economic outcomes, are situations where all parties involved in a transaction or interaction experience some form of gain or benefit. Here are some strategies to foster economic win-wins:

1. Focus on Value Creation:

  • Identify shared interests: Find common ground where all parties can benefit. This might involve aligning goals, identifying complementary needs, or discovering opportunities for collaboration.
  • Look for synergistic opportunities: Seek out situations where the combined efforts or resources of multiple parties can lead to greater outcomes than individual actions.
  • Prioritize long-term value: Focus on building sustainable relationships and creating value that can be shared over time.

2. Foster Open Communication and Transparency:

  • Encourage open dialogue: Create a safe space for all parties to express their needs, concerns, and expectations.
  • Share information freely: Be transparent about your goals, constraints, and available resources. This can help build trust and understanding.
  • Seek feedback and input: Actively listen to the perspectives of others and be willing to incorporate their suggestions.

3. Practice Fairness and Equity:

  • Ensure fair distribution of benefits: Make sure that the gains or benefits from a transaction or interaction are shared equitably among all parties.
  • Consider the needs of all stakeholders: Take into account the interests of all parties involved, including customers, employees, suppliers, and the wider community.
  • Avoid exploitative practices: Refrain from taking advantage of vulnerabilities or power imbalances.

4. Build Trust and Cooperation:

  • Honor commitments: Follow through on your promises and agreements.
  • Act with integrity: Be honest, ethical, and transparent in your dealings.
  • Foster collaboration: Work together to solve problems and achieve shared goals.

5. Examples of Win-Win Economic Outcomes:

  • Trade agreements: When two countries engage in trade, both can benefit from access to new markets and products.
  • Joint ventures: When two companies collaborate on a project, they can share the risks and rewards, leading to greater success.
  • Employee profit-sharing: When a company shares its profits with its employees, it can increase motivation and loyalty, leading to improved performance.
  • Fair trade: When consumers pay a fair price for products, producers can earn a decent living and invest in their communities.

Additional Tips:

  • Be creative: Think outside the box and explore unconventional solutions.
  • Be flexible: Be willing to compromise and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Be patient: Building win-win relationships takes time and effort.

By following these strategies and principles, you can create economic win-wins that benefit everyone involved.

Thoughts

  1. I want others to be able to have economic freedom and win wins
  2. Freely sharing information and transparency is useful if all parties are invested in each other’s best interest, rely upon Golden Rule – competing companies are not always working in each other’s best interest
  3. Economic win wins factor into Peace, facilitate greater supply lines and support
  4. Honor commitments is a sometimes useful system, company contracts vs whistleblowing and public safety has potential to be more prevalent in the future. Greater population and more technology do not always lead to less tests, less needs to test. Knowing when to not honor commitments to reinforce the greater good not always easy in practice.
    • Imagine you have iffy data on materials used for a bridge might not be sound due to attempts to cut costs increase profit. Due to NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) you are sworn to secrecy, a commitment, yet not disclosing information could lead to a bridge collapse for some group of people at an unknown future date. The data could be right, could be wrong, providing it or not providing it is not always free of consequences, ideal protection from other parties, parties also trying to profit and succeed in life.
