Child abduction in El Paso, TX. Blue 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. TX LP LWR5358. Victim is 6-month-old W/M, Thomas Gallardo Jr who was last seen wearing a red Jordan onesie with black spots, no socks and shoes. Suspect is 28YO W/M, Thomas Gallardo. Call 9-1-1 with infromation.
