The question is who would limit a document like this and why?
Can’t print it easily, might be one reason. Doesn’t have to work for it will value it? Just another of the same gets amped, factored in? Another resume throw it in the wasted time pile?
Einstein with 1 PhD? Aren’t we really looking for 2 these days?
Humanity isn’t that mean, no reason to lie the 1st one in the 1st place?
H know not factored in, not filed in, in the first place – will not be government factors into the plan?

Value of this document, given a little easier, given a little less easily?
