Hope this helps, good luck with the winter storm and Never Say Die!
There is a cheap popup tent on Amazon by the brand Night Cat. No poles to assemble makes setup and take down a breeze, cutting the wind is a huge help to improving the warmth and reducing water on the sleeping bag
There is a 20F Sleeping Bag from North Face available at Dicks Sporting Goods that has been pretty epic at least for me
There are rechargeable hand warmers from Thaw – https://thaw.acgbrands.com/en_US/rc-2k-hand-warmer-2pk.html
With a 60W Solar panel from Amazon you could quickly recharge during the day time, another battery pack might help or the bigger versions of Thaw that last more hours, remember to get a USB C cable if you get the Solar Panel, they have bags of chemical warmers (that only last one night if solar panel is too much)
These hand warmers work great with cheap gloves you can get from local convenient stores
