A reminder that valid IDs factor into and facilitate into liquidity for electronic funds. Broken bureaucratic processes might lead to less capacity to get valid ID once homeless or fleeing a natural disaster. Preparation might lead to less problems in a tough time, renewal before expiration has power – not always invested in.
