If I could give $1000 right now to stop someone from getting caught up in a cartel I would. Support that could exist, does not always exist because it is difficult to know where to route it, who needs it. A cell phone, a computer, more paints – options that might facilitate power in a different route might not always be provided, does not equate to desire to provide isn’t there.
