Derivative works and legalism amplifies less than ideally.
If a child paints a mountain, a mountain like I have painted should be equated to I want less mountains in the world painted, I want to block a child from painting mountains seems less than ideal. The combination is less than ideal in practice.
Artists want to be inspired. Artists want to be unique. Artists want to profit from their work, including work they inspire.
If I inspire Peace, would I rather say you can’t create a derivative work? Important to keep in mind that I providing free does not equate to all providing free. Law amplifies less than ideally and peace amplifies less than ideally in combination gets minimized.

If an old man paints a mountain, like I painted?
If a rival artists paints a mountain, like I painted?

Would the artists rather not be inspiring? Claim investment in inspiring isn’t investment in moving neurons, creating derivative works?
Could lead to a quick copy paste, sold for millions while giving the artist, artist that might invest in food for the poor, better world peace to nothing. In combination it less than ideals. I provide free art, the world including the one I am a part of amplifies oppression – better requires acknowledgement there is a problem.
Counter argument money gets distributed to ideal hands, ideals world peace? I disagree with the counter argument. We want others to be successful, ideally invest in others being successful factors into Golden Rule.
I can’t say we ideal the solution. Money factors into who has capacity to protect their art and who does not. I want others to be successful and I don’t want my hands tied. Painted a yellow painting to I can’t use yellow in my paintings could amp and champ. Others Free and enabled factors into myself Free and enabled.
8 billion plus in the World, one day will be 16 billion likely – that is a lot of people to stop from painting mountains, a lot of requirements to invest in ideally unique. Thus, investing and freedom in uniqueness matters, recognition inspiring is not free of derivative works matters, recognizing that in practice it does not ideal, ideal money into right hands factors into reducing oppression, peace, including World Peace.
Complexity factors into uniqueness, requirements to turn up complexity for all, all’s contributions seen as an ideal system seems unwise. There is sin in it, potential for sin in it, we don’t know all the sin in it, gets set to it is sufficient and sufficiently ideal for all. Not all content for all people, and reminder one day one might be stuck under oppression having to see the same piece of art. Not all content for all people does not equate to not all content for all people amplifies ideally or by choice for all. Graffiti on prison walls minimized?
Parents or spouses could buy paintings and being authority might equate to others in a family don’t have rights to take down oppressive works. Artists can’t control oppression in their own lives many times, think they will be able to protect that ideally? Acknowledgement is a form of support, gets set to ideal support. I acknowledge some of my works have potential for oppression – negate I know how much in truth. Knowing more changes delivery is hard to fully appreciate – one doesn’t know something until they know it.
God might not want to destroy works that are less than ideal sin out, that said He might prefer people to be less oppressed in the process. What delivers results not always good or should not always factored into comprehension. Paying tax dollars as a work of art, invests in good and bad? Don’t rip it all up might get equated to process does not need be re-examined and reflected upon at times.
Also important to remember that some works might be ideal truth. A person that looks like this did that kind of thing. Other times works are stories, not a reflection upon real life at all. Potential for convolution not always consider, including in my own works. Tech companies and Hollywood might amplify unrealistic representations of people at times – sometimes people are set to villains, and that is not all good. Required to amplify representation that profits all parties in the world in ideal ways might be claimed but in practice is not delivered.
Imagine we are at peace with Russia. Someone creates an image of someone that looks like me that sounds Russian, or has Russian elements that invest in peace. And then World Events make that representation go south. World Peace factors into protection including that based upon representation already delivered is hard to fully appreciate – Godzilla released one month before 9/11 is a possible system. I like Godzilla, and on September 12, 2001 if that were the case I would think it would be in bad taste. 2024 might be far enough from 2001, but not from October 7th, 2023 hard to fully appreciate. People including artists are not always given ideal direction and has the potential to factor into mins, and as I want to amplify The Golden Rule, prevent people from being minimized I think it is worthy of note.
People that might make comments to protect others, might have knowledge there might be a problem, might not have ideal access to deliver feedback. Support that could be there, should be there limited?
