E-biking in Wind

Wind appears to be 19 MPH today which in Dallas is significant. I am not sure about motorcycles but at least for E-biking at my current weight I am slowed dramatically by wind speeds, have a significantly harder time steering. Worthy of note wind might make experience more difficult and thus more dangerous.
