In combination this might not lead to Artists and Technologist sufficiently protected, sufficiently enabled to profit from their work. Who profits and how much is important, consequential, and up to debate at times in society.
What should be the cap on artists salaries, should there be a cap on artists salaries? Artists really different from CEOs or Leaders? Both yes and no might ring true, potential to inspire, isn’t that leader’s realm? Artists and CEOs, Leaders all capitalize on less-than-ideal systems for profit – stage time delivers less than ideally for all parties.
Artists and Technologists have caps on the ground they can claim? Like in the domain of IP law?

Better not to claim ideal ground on works, not claiming ideal ground on works might lead to artist left on the streets, corporations and the Worldwide corporate machine establishes and delivers value less than ideally.
