A (100%) level Shark Fin to people that are not designed for that.
I am in computers and tech, computers and tech have the potential for sharp like many other professions and are difficult to fully gauge. Labels in by design that are useful for some of the population and not all of the population are not fully understood, not fully tame-able.
Imagine if someone went from having no health problem to having a health problem harder and more difficult than they could handle. No label to label has potential to be like that. Someone not designed to carry a heavy burden, an A (100%) level Shark Fin is shouldered with the burden at times in our society. Finned set to light?
All professions likely have similar dangers, working together to make them less sharp for all people requires dialog, dialog that might be divested from during harder times like natural disasters, famine, and war.
