Leadership that feels highly biased and oppressive devalues delegation
I can feel oppression yet I can’t perceive or comprehend all biases that factor into limiting my life. More acknowledged by leadership factors into progress. Just because one can’t see it or put their finger on why things are happening does not equate to adequate capacity to fight oppression.
Leaders that want their delegation heard need to reduce oppression.
I might be able to understand why it might be desirable to silence artists, limiting output does not equate to it is oppression free to do so.

Imagine all people on Earth (and in Space – Space Stations for instance) have a particular level of oppression and experience that should have an explicit (rather than implicit) direct law with strict penalties for breaking. Laws profit some more than others not fully appreciated, reduce oppression more for some than others not fully appreciated.
Purpose of law is to make people’s lives better, just not with specifics? People that feel better protected, protected from things like oppression are likely to feel more heard. More heard factors into Encouragement and Support Throughput, Validation. I meant this picture to be cute and enjoyable not dehumanizing. I realize cats don’t wear suits, and people especially women are not always provided with equal fair treatment, have ideal biased reduced. Requiring art to be ideal bias out could lead to zero art, less conversation. I painted it with less-than-ideal oppression reduced with less-than-ideal bias out.
Not sure we should have Halloween, or makeup for women if we need to remove this piece of art. I have potential to defend the argument, I have a stake in it remaining in the World, does not equate to it always feels ideally right to defend.
Nobody has told me to take it down remove it, wise to take it down would lead to ideal grace for others in the World?
I want women respected and appreciated treated fairly – factors into Golden Rule. I also don’t want to level a mountain that is pretty because it might be useful to me. Cute and encouragement always oppression free? Not reducing cute encouragement always oppression free?
I like the Sphinx – cool statue, oppression likely factored into its construction at least from our perception of History in Ancient Egypt. Throughput maintained based upon previous oppression has shown historic precedent for too common in our World. Roman Colosseum as a work of art? painted with all the bloods of slaves now useful for tourism?
Skyscrapers and Bridges, infrastructure all built on ideal oppression reduced? Tear down skyscrapers because I know they were built in a time of less-than-ideal oppression reduced? Correct answer is no.
Requirement to demolish Sphinx and Roman Colosseum as prerequisite to bulldoze my art? Maintain status quo based upon status quo? Starry Night more or less influential than Sphinx or Roman Colosseum?
If I removed this art permanently, it would profit some more than others. It is a reminder that kittens with bunny ears are no tigers. Prosecution wins over Defense? Future guaranteed to have cats when we destroy habitats for animals that leads to extinction?
It is a reminder that charming and cute might lead to inability to value all details ideally. Cartoons bias the future in less-than-ideal ways set to no cartoons?
People don’t always value that people left alone find ways to encourage self, encouragement of self factored into painting – on a subconscious level it reinforces man and cuteness valued one might ponder. My voice not always heard by women, dignity not always respected or at least that is the perception which I know amplifies less than ideally. Ginger as a parking cone, not always not reinforced.
Making fun of myself factors into delivery at times. Caucasian from South combined with a system that is less than ideal bias out, has shown precedent for not enabling more ideal throughput many years after the Civil War? Time Goblin likely to be painted, not paint it?
Everyone to knowing they reinforce non ideals worn as a reason for more forgiveness and grace? Working on problem A less than ideal support for problem B. I expect supercomputers to cover problems I am not working on? Isn’t that the purpose of multicore computers?
