Maybe have UN call for Arab Nations to all unequivocally condemn and acknowledge antisemitism. Require Hezbollah to state they will not and will unconditionally stop attacking Israel.
Hezbollah laying down arms would likely need funding and better paths in life as well as monitoring. Funding always gets to the people that need it would be unwise to claim. Fend a World woes, fend a we know. Fend a Peace, beats all in a SoW. Fend in less woe.
