I use the word starter to mean people can use to create derivative works from (not all content allows that with copyrights), not to mean the content is meant for children. Using the words Free Content to create derivative works from such as the MIT license seems a bit long yet potentially less patronizing. I mean to be helpful not disrespectful, Free Starter Content seems faster and more concise.

Free to create derivative works from equals systems like Artificial Intelligence and Super Computers have more potential to utilize the content for the good of humanity and thus that factors into my reasoning.
