I have been oppressed in my life, negate that makes my message amp more ideally. There are likely many more like me that have been oppressed as well Worldwide. What does that mean? Support and Risk Mitigation that should be more available, have wider reach, is reduced by default.
If you knew that all Doctors were taking a 6 month break that might not stop you from riding a motorcycle with no helmet. If it were me making that decision I would rather have that information to factor into risk mitigation. Support that should be available is greatly reduced via oppression, like a fourth of what it should be. Motorcycle Helmets important, Support losses compounded via oppression also important.

How much is enough?
People say they want better Diversity, People say they want Less Oppression.
Quantities and Knowledge of True Value in and True Value Out is Obfuscated by default, Truth is made hard to get to, hard to truly perceive and thus hard to truly comprehend.
Something that is hard and difficult to quantify and lack of true visibility of what is happening on a World Stage, visibility obfuscated on a Global level factors into perception, comprehension and thus time added which somewhat equate to actual value added.
If someone talks about better Diversity for 1 hour a week, that might be time better used for Cancer Research or Peace talks that actually reduce more problems for Diversity. 1 Hour a week might not be enough. Knowing how much is enough is not easy, not light, and is not easily quantifiable, thus is unlikely to deliver correct quantities to be ideally effective. Greater quantities of support in the right areas factors into value creation yet obfuscated view and data factors into where support is delivered and where it is not.
It is unlikely to amplify ideally does not equal investment is close to all value out. It would be unwise to say investments in oppression based upon limited view and delivery amplify ideally or sufficiently in all cases. There is a deficit and gap, likely only seeable by God, compounded by inadequate trainining, support, evil, and the fact humanity makes mistakes and is far from perfect value added or perfect perception and comprehension in.
Decisions that are made less than ideally are made based upon good numbers, good data, correct relevance made and good numbers, good data, correct relevance made is far from always delivered, specially in systems where oppression is hard to see and a constantly dynamic system.
I don’t know how much value to add, I don’t know always when I am subtracting value, I have potential for hubris of ability to solve problems I can’t, ideally, sufficiently, or as duct tape. It would be nice to be able to say race, ethnicity does not need to be divulged, judgment can be made on value added or subtracted without knowledge. People perceiving the problems factors into greater ability to comprehend and deliver on reduced oppression for All People.

Claim ideal example set based on limited information and limited delivery based upon that limited information? Leaders lead by example is both useful and delivers less than sufficiently. Leaders are humans making decisions on obfuscated view, upsold to ideal examples set is not only not sufficient grace amplified is also less than ideal value added for the good those leaders do. Leaders walking tight ropes amp ideally is not true value added. High burden legalism not always sufficient oxygen to actually solve problems. Looks good or looks bad factors into delays. Leaders that acknowledge they make mistakes are likely to always be trusted when it counts? You say B but we saw you made a mistake in A? Mistakes known as leverage does not always amplify ideal erasers ideal grace ideal oxygen that is needed. I think the combination amplifies ideally or always sufficiently? No. Leaders always spend adequate time to find and address mistakes they made while amplifying more visibility to the public at large to call them out on those mistakes? Adequate time spent on searching for mistakes likely not always true value added.
I have likely made some mistakes in my life with words and actions I am unaware of. I apologize for any I have treated unfairly or wronged. Words based on unknowns are better than nothing, upsold to sufficient or sufficient in all cases seems unwise. What effects who and to what extent is far from always a known. Many that amplify similar words are likely mitigating risk to a certain extent, that should be a reason for grace for those that have not spoken. I want others to feel bad? No. I also don’t want problems to amplify and compound for society including self, thus I am invested, and profit when there are less problems.
