Public speaking has potential to lead to pride.
It is important to lead by example.
Ministers, Preachers, and Priests all invest heavily in Public Speaking.
Ministers, Preachers, and Priests are not perfect, are not all sin reduced, are human.
If the hope of The Church is to have Ministers, Preachers, and Priest sin less, allowing public speaking is potentially less than all value added for mitigating risk of sin.
Prayers is a wide brush, that delivers less than consistently at times. Pray for rain in Christ’s name and sometimes it rains, sometimes it does not. Moses prays for Red Sea to Part and it Parts. God delivers sometimes, when He decides the one praying and the prayer is sufficient, worthy of answering and delivering on, in the latency He sees fit. I being an Engineer if I were Moses to have prayed a couple weeks early to make sure the Red Sea parted in advance. Engineers taught not to test their product, not walk on the bridge before they decide to let others walk across it?
Disallowing Ministers, Preachers, and Priest to speak until Politicians and the rest of the World learns to be more humble and less prideful is a wide brush. Leading by example when there are many different examples that need to be given on a wide range of topics that are not covered close to ideally is a wide brush. Claimed as covered close to ideally not all pride reduced. Pride is a real problem, increasing the risk for Pride has potential for both problems and less than ideal sin reduced.
Politicians and Lawyers, Doctors, Teachers, Engineers and Scientist don’t always have the best example set for them. Order of wording matters, provided by a less than perfect human claimed to deliver ideally seems insufficient. Less than ideal delivery known, set as default is more humble, less prideful, but also less confident and confidence factors into both Pride and Sufficient Delivery. Think a message delivered with reduced confidence in own words will deliver sufficiently? Sufficiently does not equal ideally, Sufficiently is up to debate. Ideally Sufficient?
My thought, less than sufficient sin risk reduction is In By Design. Say Sin is not In By Design to a certain level? Humanity is less than ideal sin reduced. Nobody wants ideal sin reduction, otherwise humanity would cease to exist. If God wanted ideal sin reduction, He would have wiped out humanity, destroyed the Earth. God has not done that, sets precedent for ideal sin reduction is too high of a price to pay. Humanity is not all sin out, God chooses to not be all sin out, that should factor into Risk Mitigation, a Higher need for Risk Mitigation. Humans are not perfect, thus do not mitigate Risk perfectly, that also means there is greater potential for Risk, Risk potentially worthy of being mitigated. Risk Mitigation requirements has potential to lead to leveraged by fear of possibilities and the unknown that have potential to create risks (that are not always known) as well.
Negate the System is designed in a Way for Ideal or Always Sufficient Risk Mitigation, A System with that design is unlikely to be all problems reduced.
People having better examples of less Pride and also taught to be ideally Confident delivers less than sufficiently from what I have seen on this planet. Both are a problem.
A debate where nobody speaks because they might lead others to more pride and sin? Now that is a debate I want to see? Nobody is saying that is a topic worthy of a place on the debate floor?
Not listening to a debate, potential for unable to hear potential for oppression to increase. Really how you want to be treated? Not listening potential for sin, listening potential for sin is less than ideal sin risk mitigated. Have to invest yet example set is less than ideal?

Politicians and Lawyers not really taught to say I am sorry, apologize effectively in my opinion. How Politicians and Lawyers talk to each other factors into public perception of leaders of what a leader is and what a leader is not. Leaders build common ground, acknowledge real oppression in a way that does not create more division and divisiveness?
“See son they don’t apologize for their actions because they are confident, that is how leaders act.” potentially less than all value amplified over time, potentially less than ideal pride and sin out. Negate Politicians amplify forgiveness sufficiently, Negate Politicians amplify have ability to correct mistakes, mistakes are common and grace erasers are necessary is consequential on a broad level, teaches a less than ideal lesson to The World.
People that apologize, that give grace have a precedent for not always being respected, appreciated, viewed as confident. That is consequential, that factors into real problems in society and is not always versed. We train politicians and they train the youth, fully pondered? The President doesn’t apologize, why should I? Never thought?
I am sorry Martin Luther King Jr. society (which includes me) has treated you and many like you less than sufficiently, how can we make it better? Or we did nothing wrong, sorry makes us look less confident you must be mistaken?
Desire to help is not always all abuse out, apologies are not always appreciated for their value creation potential. No good deed goes unpunished, contributions are not close to always respected has truth to it which is less than all sin reduced.

Politicians setting a better example for public could lead to less sins. Sins like murder, theft, child molesting, adultery, greed, and pride. All sins that could lead to generation of many more sins via less than sufficient momentum generated. Assessment of some sins greater than others yet sins have tendency for amplifying other sins might be a sin worthy of consideration of its own.
How many lies, how many bad examples were set for Hitler before he turned into a genocidal dictator? Quantity does not always equate to significance of damage.
Humanity has a tendency for hurting each other. Believing better in others, giving benefit of doubt has not always proven to deliver, and what society is amplifying factors into confidence of whether others should be given the benefit of the doubt or not. Apologizing increases vulnerability, vulnerability in a sinful World is far from all value added. Less apologies, less truth amplified by default factors into whether people should believe better in others or not. Having trust reduced, belief better in others followed by abuse, misused, used to hurt leads to potential seen in others in the future, what society and people turn up factors into everyday life in the future. Allowing others to control Narrative around what is the biggest problem what is the greatest sin is far from all value added, and that factors into greater need to protect self. Humans control the agenda, what is talked about and what is not talked about, in what levels they are talked about.
Society is told to trust but there is resonance like that of the cheers in a stadium that project damage and sin. How vulnerable we make ourselves to others matters, factors into how much damage is done. Think better of others not always all wisdom added. Reliance on others to deliver ideally, sufficiently has proven that reliance is less than always an ideal system. Men are not Angels, has shown precedent for being reinforced in non-ideal ways throughout time, but think better of others always, always give benefit of doubt? Not enabling others to hurt us factors into potentially greater safety and risk mitigated for others that we might not think the best of, claim ideal value creation when one does not think the best of others by default?
A hypothetical, A man that is young, imperfect, less than ideal sin out is in love. The person he is in loved with commits adultery, and they get a divorce. The woman learns to be a better person over time. God works on people at different rates. The young adult that knows life is less than ideal perfection amplified is likely to handle the damage better. When that young man is 70 he wants to see that woman to have been blessed for many years, or repaid for her sins year after year. If he wants her to be repaid year after year claims of love not really true value added in my opinion.
Time brings wisdom, less desire to see people pay and more desire to see people thrive. Less potential for damage is power and freedom not always fully pondered. Trying to hold people to a bar of ideal sin out has shown precedent for unable to deliver sufficient damage reduced. Accessibility matters, give others accessibility to hurt you potentially not all hurt out for them. Figuring out what people can and cannot be trusted with factors into leadership. Less than ideal leaders assess that less than ideally, factors into less throughput, less value creation potential, and less damage not always mitigated. Less damage matters, less practice trusting factors into less problems, less problems are not always greater ability to mitigate risk long term.
Others have potential for delivering better than self has potential for delivering less than ideally or delivering more ideally. Humans don’t assess ideally. Damaged people are less than ideal motivations, ideal motivations claimed in society yet truth is an obfuscated system. What you see is what you get likely delivers less than ideally in many cases. Oppression factors into my words delivered, it would be nice to say fighting oppression delivers ideal words, I don’t think that is truth. Convolutes things in non-ideal ways, too close to the matter not always ideal value added known is somewhat defeating. Objectivity reduced factors into less sufficient ideal value creation known.
Leverage reduces value out could be seen as a way, a sufficient excuse to divest wholesale. Investing time in places with higher returns on investments has potential for made iffy. A place to deliver words might be better than no place, might not equal ideal place. Might not be ideal listeners in might not be ideal convolution out, venue and audience factors into value in a message.
Value creation will be less than ideal has potential for being more useful in certain cases. All value creation such as speaking to an audience or debating seen as less than ideal might be more truthful and acknowledged might be less than sufficient value added. Truth obfuscated, logical and reasonable paths not always pondered, ideally reflected upon sometimes equals greater value creation. Logic and Reason are systems driven by useful, not innately good or evil, more like technology. People that are less than all sin out choose paths, choose what is talked about and what is not and that factors into potential on any given day.
All Ministers, Preachers, and Priests sins talked about all day every day equals sufficiently interesting, sufficient path chosen? Choosing not to talk about every day all day equals path chosen within ideal motivations? Talking about anyone’s sins everyday all day seems like it has potential to amplify less than sufficiently in society, but that is what we do leaving people in jails. Constant reminder of wrongs and unforgiveness potentially less than all value added. 8 billion people, there are other sins to talk about, equals ideal paths chosen?
People are not always forgiven for real reasons. People having to dramatize, show sufficient contrast for others to categorize and classify as worthy of forgiveness equals convolution of truth. Less truth by default is not ideal value added. Thus forgiveness and grace to offset that convolution seems wise. Need to make believable, need to prove Rightness has potential for far less than all sin out. Man’s view is obfuscated, thus Man does not always see all reasons why grace and forgiveness are not only wise, are necessary.
Time is limited and all factors that factor into the sins of others is far from always talked about. Time convolutes memory adds new information that is not ideally divested from. The truth always comes out claimed is less than ideal value added, is less than all obfuscated truth out. Who chooses the importance of truth, the direction of the narrative matters. People choose what to remember as important and that factors into decision making and logical paths taken.
The future brings ideal tests out for less convolution of past memory and data is not true value added. Able to defend past, including words and contributions has potential for being a luxury, not always reflected upon.
The past has been less than sufficient value creation for self does not equal I know how the past would have panned out if written differently. Some value creation I would want left in place while delivering more value creation for self as well. I know all the tests that factored into past value creation, have the time and patience to view and reflect upon all relevant data? Unlikely.
Decisions that factored into past direction were made on less-than-ideal truth known and investigated. Trust and Faith in God that He would have directed me to do different is both desirable and insufficient. Desire to deliver ideally, fail to deliver ideally based on information that is limited, obfuscated from view? Truth is available in sufficient quantities has potential for not always true value added.
