Morning Routine

I am currently 40 years old. I have had some significant health problems that have made me question if I will make it to another day.

I am currrently blessed to have access to Orange Juice and a Multivitamin. After breakfast I have a glass of watered down orange juice and a multivitamin. A little more watered down reduces the acidity , dilutes the strong acidity of the Orange Juice and also provides more Hydration. Amounts and Quantities matter, potentially more at 40 than they use to, though I think if I considered, looked at quantities closer at a younger age I might be doing better at 40.

Extra potassium helps, believe it is one ingredient that is more required because multivitamins don’t have the ability to deliver high levels of potassium – from what I understand high concentration potassium is problematic thus only a small amount of potassium is delivered inside of a multivitamin. Since only a small level is provided in a multivitamin drinks like Orange Juice, Milk, and V8 have potential for increasing potassium levels. Potassium factors into allot of cellular functions including Sodium Potassium Pumps from what I have read thus having sufficient quantities in the body seems like it will help.

My diet is far from ideal, I do not currently have access to funds to have tons of fresh food. My teeth are far from ideal so systems like Yogurt and Ramen that don’t require allot of chewing are helpful to reduce my chances of choking. Combined with Esophagus and Stomach problems like GERD and Acid Reflux every bit helps.

Quantities matter. An extra glass of water with acidic drinks equal potential for greater hydration and lower acidity in the stomach. My stress and anxiety levels have been pretty high over my life, I have been put on the street, spent time in Jail, and been unfairly oppressed → all of which create stress that seem to spike the level of acid in my stomach.

A Fresh Salad pack that I am currently eating is a life safer, has properties that rival the power of Tylenol and pain killers for reduced pain in my stomach. Fiber is nice, too many Tums (Calcium Carbonate) is problematic. Thus fiber gummies, which I am blessed to currently have access to are a life saver. Have additional options outside of Tums (calcium carbonate) make the Tums (calcium carbonate) more effective when I do use it. Extra options for pain killers are nice because continuous use of the same have potential for amping problems. NSAIDs (Aleve, Ibuprofen) have potential to hurt the stomach, and Tylenol (acetaminophen) not all great for the liver (from my understanding, and I am not a doctor).

Thus OTC meds are helpful, but fresh food seems to deliver more power for the punch. Further systems like Baseballs, and Myofoam rollers have potential to reduce back pain and soreness that reduce the need for pain meds. OTC pain meds have the potential to be powerful, more powerful when used less compounded by gains via changes that don’t require medication.

I did 29,500 steps (30,000 if you include until 1:00 AM) yesterday. Fitbit has been a lifesaver as far as keeping and getting me moving after Jail. Jail many days are spent lying on a bed trying to stay out of trouble, not all ideal for back or for blood flow. The Justice system claimed as rehabilitation might be called into question at times. The people inside have the potential to be protected from the outside while incurring damage from the conditions on the inside. Legalism and Jail helps? Might save someone from dying on the outside. Would be more ideal to foster a society that does not oppress and gives people sufficient opportunities from the get go.

Jail does have the property of making each walk more enjoyable, no freedom to freedom is powerful. Jail does have the property of making tools like typing and writing more enjoyable, no voice to a voice is powerful. Jail seen as a quiet way for oppression to remove people from society seems unwise, more likely for the oppression to stop one day and the voices of the oppressed to resonate throughout time. Jail does have the propety of making oppression more real, wrongs of society that amplify in mass more real.

I have ideal capacity to Judge Jails or those that work at them? No, I am an imperfect human with far less than ideal resolution, far less than ideal resolution is not adequate judgment. People working at Jails have a job to do, their job is not to make the inmates happy, not to hear their life stories, not to relate for the hardships and brutalness of life. A cold system sometimes amps the circumstances that lead to Jail, and a cold system gets people through Jail. People are always nicer and warmer after years in an oppressive environment, my guess is that is debatable.

Jail creates a distance between authority and inmates, one might not think it is dehumanizing but it is. Officers that make $30,000+ while inmates make pennies or extra meals? The inmates are being taught dehumanization is a useful part of society, learn your place in society, submit and things will go better for you. Distance of authority from others is useful for maintaining order, does not equal it is consequence free, zero potential for abuse. My guess is the tests on authority, those that work in Jails by the Devil is less than all value added. The inmates are being taught their life is considered less valuable by society, they are allowed to be made close to slaves at zero cost. I think that is an ideal amp to be claimed as rehabilitation over vengeance? No.

Jails need good people to work at them. Otherwise inmates might be left in the Jail with no food and no potential to escape at a critical time. People that work at Jail might help alleviate some of the problems of oppression does not equal the oppression and injustices are set to zero. Being value added does not equal perfecting a system. Being part of a system has potential to promote the good and the bad, sustain the system, potentially sustain long term injustices less than sufficiently. Not profiting from dehumanization in society seen as easy? Even people out of Jails profit from dehumanization, and dehumanization is not always easy to see for what it is. Employees as replaceable robots? No potential for that to be turned up? New model equals current model to street and Jail (if they are lucky) seems to amp at least in the World I am in.

Oppression levels are non-null, that is an opportunity. Corporate work environments Worldwide have potential to operate like a family, a team, or as a set of sharks that eat their own and are destined the reap what they sow long term. Reducing oppression at the family level, at the friend level, factors into a workplace that has more potential to reduce oppression, a workplace with greater reductions in oppression factors into cities, and states with potentially less oppression. Competition between Corporations or sets of Friends, Families has potential to reduce ability to work together, reduced ability to work together, to love your neighbor is more of an oppression amplifier than an oppression reducer. Reduced oppression is powerful, not easy to get right, not easy to sustain consistent throughput.

What products we invest in factors into child labor that oppresses or does not oppress. What products we invest in factors into how nations that we import from treat their workforce with reduced oppression or oppression as sufficient. How we live our lives with cars and recycling, energy use factors into a World with more climate change or less climate change. Brutally hot summers is not all oppression reduced, especially for those that do not have sufficient access to funds for Air Conditioning. Reduced Oppression Throughput is powerful, not ideally turned up, does not equal progress does not deliver major gains.

Reducing Throughput of Legalism factors into gains. Even talking about legalism has the potential to non-ideally promote legalism. Who is right and who is wrong all while if we were all just working together, we would have greater throughput of reduced oppression. Finally agreeing on who is right and who is wrong does not equate to ideal support delivered. I need to be right; I need to be justified because that factors into the useful and reliability of the system equates to computers, and logic, reason systems like law and legalism what is useful for story, and narrative control by power amps less than ideally. It is possible to be Right but acknowledgement and delivery of the Assessment of Right ties up resources in a way that make the Right, Wrong. Spend 6 months finding the difference between a true and false value while people are dying in the process? True known or False known equals answer delivered that still equates to Wrong?

Who asks the question steers the conversation. Does this fall into CategoryA or does this not fall into CategoryA? Yes, or No, True or False. Two options for paths for thought and conversation, unless someone listening chooses not to answer, chooses to ask questions of their own, chooses to make statements that take the conversation in a different direction. Those that steer the conversation between a subset of options, are not always greed and max profit reduced. Trying to think better of people balanced with being wise of potential evils not always easy to get right. Those that ask questions sometimes establish words in those questions as reliable, truth, not worthy of questioning themselves and that is not always all value added. I refuse the premise, I refuse the association, I refuse the path of thought is not always invested in in a timely manner. IRTPrm, IRTA, and IRPoT acronyms that might help reinforce valuable thought processes.

Example: They are Caucasian and wearing a white t-shirt, are they part of they KKK?

The question links white t-shirts to the KKK. If someone answers Yes or No, or Obviously Not, they still are not refuting white t-shirts linked to KKK, and that is dangerous. White T-Shirts, have potential for seen better at night, equaling cars have less potential to hit me. I wear white because I want to promote racism? No. Sometimes I wear white or bright colors so I don’t get put in the hospital, likely allot of stress reduced for those in cars as well, having to explain my dead body has potential for being far less than ideal.

A past that relied upon slavery, sheets, and fear for protectionism was all value added to Caucasians of the future? No. If I was in the past, and I had a family membered killed alleged by an African American given the hightened racial tensions I know how I would have reacted, given health problems of the day and level of medicine of the day? No. I would like to think I wouldn’t have been jaded into non-ideal protectionism, claims I would have delivered ideally in that day seem unwise. Life amps far less than ideally and reduced bias is powerful. Easy to say from the future, I would have delivered better than the past. Harder to ask where did they go wrong and how to I make sure I never fall victim to same problems.

Expectation of good times, everyone promotes diversity with Love and Joy likely amps reduced problems. Tough Times, where trust is iffy, where tensions are raised by things out of our control, how will we act in those moments, what can we do today to help reduce the chances for problems later. Investing in more support and less judgment today is power, it does not guarantee a better future, but investing in less support more judgment seems to have high potential for winding up in similar shoes to the past.

My families have people with blonde hair. The Nazi’s master race had blonde hair. Allow insufficient associations like white T-Shirts to KKK be amplified? Wouldn’t be sufficient support and love for my family. Associations that were generated via the past are far less than all value added. Caucasian and from the South equals destined to die hanging from a tree as a former slave owner in 2023? I wish life delivered better than that, I wish God actually protected better from terrible labels of the past.

Combating mislabels is seen as easy, as light, as a system of sufficient lift. It is not. What people allow to be turned up matters, a system that makes talking to neighbors harder, no real community centers, no real access to community centers and real conversation is not all value added. No cafeteria to sit and talk with members of the town potentially not sufficient value added.

I have spent allot of time trying to think through things, trying to improve my own communication and reducing my own bias. I am ideal? No. The Church delivers ideal value, has delivered sufficiently on fostering a better community with reduced bias? Not in my opinion. What the Church has delivered is far from all value out and is far from all value in. God’s people including myself fall short of the Glory of God, claims of sufficient value delivered and established not all value added. It could be much worse without the Church, could be much better with the Church more invested in Reduced Oppression, with acknowledgement the system is amplifying much less than ideally. I know how to get God to output ideal value based upon Prayer? No. I think my prayers for infinite blessings for all people on Earth, Space, Heaven, and Hell for this Day and Every Day forward are delivering close to what I would expect from Master of the Universe? No.

If someone demands, walk one mile with go two? Demand God double the Infinite Blessings?
