Inspiring Less Anxiety

Words that can Inspire Less Anxiety are possible. Too much weight on words, heavy words can be less than sufficient lift. Lift matters, factors into ability to Encourage and Deliver Trust and Validation.

More time thinking about Anxiety, and what leads to Anxiety inspired can lead to surface area for critical thought, critical thought about words that can inspire Love, Grace, Hope, and Encouragement that can reduce anxiety and inspire real gains for others in society has potential for a lot of value added.

Gains are possible. Feedback, Critical Feedback is valuable. A closed loop system has the ability to factor in feedback into gauging temperature of conversation where as an open loop system might not. Conversation can be inspiring. Conversation can inspire Anxiety. Actively listening to those actively listening to you has the potential for valuable feedback on when more words or less words, more words or different words are more valuable to relate, to encourage, to inspire.

Uncertainty and Suspense can be useful for storytelling. Uncertainty and Suspense might not inspire the most trust, most ability to believe expectations will be met. Belief and Expectation factors into Anxiety. Will words that are spoken be appreciated, or taken out of context, be thrown into legalism and cause the speaker to question is communicating a good idea?

The idea of non-judgmental is thrown around. Society says it will be open minded and forgiving yet society is not always ideal legalism out, not always ideal skepticism out. Able to inspire real conversation, the kind that can change minds and change hearts might require a bit of strategy, a bit of reading the room, a bit of knowing the audience, because the audience holds the gem that will make the speakers communication shine and gleam like infinite diamond, rubies, sapphires, and emeralds or fall short as just more of the same.

Less legalism requires trust. Details matter. Grace is not always delivered. Being the words that bridge communication for others, that inspire grace for the unknowns, for the limiting visibility that we are all facing in life is not always a given. Life is scary at times. Inspiring trust is valuable and not always valued for the value creation potential it has.

People have many similar qualities, they are trying to go through life, improve, find love and find success. People with similar goals and a lot of common ground have a lot to gain from giving each other the benefit of the doubt. Have a lot to gain from listening a little more and possibly trying to choose words that give more oxygen in the room for the unknowns. Not choosing battles about what to judge can limit oxygen and lift for the things that you need to be correct about. Harsh words are many times delivered not based upon the actions of those responsible. There is value in less harsh words, not always because others might not be wrong but also because it is a choice we all have the capacity to make, to not let others define our message, to not let others remove grace that is likely to create more value creation for them and us.

Enemies might not always be enemies, they might be trained in different ways with limited visibility, and given I or others have not sufficiently taught them different a little more grace and a little less judgment has higher potential to make things better. Loving your enemy not always just about the enemy, but about preventing us from becoming the qualities we do not wish to represent. Imagining others as self, as a mirror reflection where by the circumstances of fate where delivered differently has potential for high value added. There but for the grace of God go I. Misrepresentation and Villain Level Contrast that amps much less than sufficiently is normal, common, considered useful – upsell personal bias built upon a far less than ideal system as sufficient for judgment?

Young me would always listen sufficiently? No. Others that are young now might be facing some of the same hardships, same needs to provide, same needs to deliver in less than ideal circumstances that I had to deal with in the past? Likely. Legalism is the fountain of youth, the path to immortality? No. God accounts for what mans failed laws cannot, likely.
