Tums aren’t quite insulin, but going from having heart burn that is disabling to feeling zero pain is huge. Calcium Carbonate is a powerful substance. I have boiled some eggs today and I have taken the shells (after boiling) and crushed them into a powder, boiled away some of the egg residue, then microwaved the still hydrated calcium carbonate (crushed egg shells) to remove more of the water (water and old egg might be less than ideal sanitation thus I figure a dried mixture has potential for less problems).
If I am doing it wrong no one has told me otherwise. Process is valuable, egg shells don’t create a ton of powder thus if trying to encourage science projects might be wise to have many egg shells to start. How something is taught, if it is taught in an encouraging way factors whether or not it will be valued. If I tried with one egg shell instead of the 8 egg shells from boiling I would have wound up with a very small amount and I might upsell to the whole process to does not really generate value.

Going through the process of trying to refine a substance like Calcium Carbonate is valuable. Can give one an appreciation for a substance already created, already dried, already available in tested quantities for consumption for ailments. Generating Calcium Carbonate from Eggs Shells takes time and has potential for less than ideal, if your stomach is hurting time for process is not always a given.
Concentration can lead to smaller amounts of a substance and it might be easy to think the concentrated substance less powerful or less valuable in less than ideal ways. Two cups of coffee’s caffeine compounded into a caffeine pill is a possible system. People don’t always value the power in a small pill.
The process of trying to dry the crushed eggshells after boiling the crushed eggshells is valuable. Microwave can help evaporate, paper towels can help pull water out, I might have used salt but did not want to raise the salt content, considered using rice between two paper towels like a membrane (I have used rice to pull water out of a Blackberry (don’t eat the rice, see below) that I jumped in the hot tub with long ago, has the potential to pull water out like salt or paper towels).
Information about process, and how people solve problems, what they think of first is useful, gets upsold to less and forgotten for the value creation potential it has. I have the information available in my mind, like if you get electronics wet try putting them in rice (don’t eat the rice because a lot of substances in electronics that aren’t good for your that could seep in) because it can possibly pull the water out without damaging.

Can words inspire less pain? Can problem solving and creative problem solving inspire less pain?
Someone might say “my stomach is hurting due to acid reflux.”
Then a response might be silence or a response might be you should take some tums or calcium carbonate, or we ran out of calcium carbonate last week and haven’t been to the store but we have these crushed egg shells (already crushed and dried).
Inspiring too much calcium intake might lead to hypercalcemia, so even well meaning people might suggest options that have the potential for less than ideal.
Words have the potential to inspire less pain, creative problem solving has the potential to take two similar useful systems and turn them into less pain. Calcium Carbonate alone won’t prepare and deliver less pain, words that say you should take this or that when this or that isn’t available alone won’t deliver less pain. The combination of the two has potential for high value added.
An invention like a baseball has the potential to reduce pain, I have used it to roll on my back in a way that reduces tightness in back muscles significantly. Combined with Aleve has been helped to me over the years. Aleve is valuable, has some potential for side effects worthy of consideration.
Pain left untreated has the potential for throughput losses, some people might upsell that to less. Safe effective ways to treat pain like using a baseball that doesn’t require medications has potential for high value added, specially where medication is not wise or might cause complications with other medications. I am not a doctor, I do wish people to be in less pain, inspired, and enabled for greater throughput in life.
Less reliance on medications, other options than medications are not always a given, thus knowing them and sharing them has the potential for a lot of value added.
