Increasing Throughput Requires Investing in Others, Increasing Active Listening Valued and Reduced Miscommunication Valued in Others, Access to Better, More Training, More Encouraging Training, More Respectful Training, Training with Less Oppression that is More Interesting and Enjoyable has Higher Potential for Amplifying value than just working on self.
Increased Observational Skills and Ability to pickup Life Changing Game Changing Key Details is Power. Potential for Comprehension for many parties that might not otherwise exist, that might not otherwise have Throughput.
Inspiring Active Listening and Focus that actually leads to Key Details perceived, heard, Comprehended and acted upon is Possible, is Power, and is far from Guaranteed.
Focus can be created, Interrupts reduced does not equal less Interrupts is always the higher value system. Listening, Listening in a way that can lead to focus interrupted, has the ability to be Power to Respond swiftly in Game Changing ways. Less Latency is allot of Power, Increased Throughput is allot of Power. Balancing the two correctly for most effective efficient Power output not always a given.
Context switches, Switching to work on another task is not free especially for Humans.
If someone is Reading a book, and they can read 10 pages every 10 minutes. Interrupting them to work on another task, requires them to put the book down. Learn what is new required for other task, work on other task, then pick the book back up, possibly find spot again if no book mark. There is a non null cost to further proximity from details while reading. Pickup a book in a week, in a month and remember exactly what was read on the past 10 pages? Longer distance in time has potential for being less than all value added for Throughput.
Increased Focus has potential for need for balance. Reading for 30 minutes and then taking a walk, increasing blood flow to brain and other limbs might be higher value added than sitting 20 hours in a chair reading the same book.
