Man builds a bridge in YearA. Consider YearA then five years later YearB=YearA+5. Consider what happens when there is an earthquake in YearB that destroys the bridge?
The architect that built the bridge held responsible for Earthquake? The architect given better materials and stronger tools couldn’t have provided a better end result? Depends on size of earthquake that could not easily be predicted in advance? The architect of that bridge could have been enabled better likely and acts of God are not always predictable and the architect and teams that built the system are human, less than perfect.
Sober view, when future support fails it is generally a combination, combination that is not always easy to predict with great support. In harder times support is much less than great.
Men and Women in YearB have to cleanup the bridge as personal cost given money is already long gone from project that was delivered in YearA. Maintenance and Future gets based on Rosey view potentially in Non Ideal Ways.
The future has Hope, Encouragement, and is Not Shit Free, Maintenance Cost Free seems to be a statement that would ring true in this reality. Basics of Physics can’t always be relied upon in this reality. Experience could be far better seems to be a bit of a consistent output signal throughout time.
