Talent and Contrast

The world is full of talented people. God created all of us and has given us different gifts and talents. That said there are some things to consider.

There are potential wars on Shiny Blue Marble. There are potential for Health Problems on Shiny Blue Marble.

Being value in to a movie studio is not always simple, is not always easy. Roles have types. Types are based on a set of parameters. Effective management of image means more sales for studios or less sales for studios not always fully appreciated.

Some can be too old for a part, some can be too young for a part, some can be too tall for a part, some can be too short for a part. Some can be too this, some can be too that. Where this and that can be a number of different variables all based on what is popular and what is needed to help get media from no sale to a sale that puts food on people in the companies table.

People can be too ambitious and not loyal enough to the studio. People can be too depressing and too much of a downer. People can be too helpless, too much work to add value to the studio. Excessive neediness and time commitment not always appreciated by studios.

NO SALE

Understanding why sales don’t happen can help us get from No Sale to effective Sales. From no opportunity available and talent does not save the day. To perfect opportunity and talent does save the day.

The more jubilant, joyous, and hopeful version is where preparation, opportunity, and talent all collide where all parties and all support is valued, respected, appreciated, and empowered.

Talent needs support to thrive.

Support in for the right opportunity has a lot of value. The right opportunities don’t show up everyday. At least in my life, possibly different for others or people that are on the top of the world.

Changing people’s direction and ambitions in life. Be careful with that. The right words can help direct them to amazing opportunities. There are no guarantee those opportunities will exist at a later time, no guarantee they won’t end up with health problems or get hit by a bus before that day.

If opportunities are rare, and support in is modulated with high contrast at best. Giving and charity is likely decreased. If I can’t depend upon a solid pay check, it would be unwise for me to give, specially when the community around me has let me fall to the side of the street time and time again. I state the reality to make others aware, that while The Church should equal safety net. Does not equal the Church is safety net or the Devil won’t have the system tied up in ways that the support network can’t be accessed.

I do believe in God, and I do believe giving and charity is a good thing. Lots of potential for the devil to work into the details of all of this on earth. Not fully understood by me or others (we are not God), and thus likely not fully appreciated.

Reminders to the studio that image matters, that talent drives sales, that people are ruthless at times doesn’t always turn up giving or sales. Not enough giving and sales equals support out. The problem is we let some people on earth wind up without too enough support while giving and sales still happen. Then that person sees others profiting and realizes the giving is not benefiting them or their cause.

Knowing where the giving is coming from can be lame. If a person’s families money is involved, people could think their parents bought their success. Less belief in value and success in that, defeating. A useful tool to the devil. Thus a tempt on the win and a tempt on the loss.

New actress wants to get the part just because her mom was a star? Or she wants to be appreciated for her talent and the value she adds? Will she trust that she adds value and that decision wasn’t made based on that. Or will she always have that in the back of her mind. Insecurity, support, and confidence levels have real and lasting impacts on who thrives in studios and who does not.

Now if Shiny Blue Marble is the Studio. How would that sentence sound?

Insecurity, support, and confidence levels have real and lasting impacts on who thrives on this planet and who does not. Not enough cyber security? Movie never rendered, software was never finished, the training was limited by an insecure system under oppressive systems.

We operate on assumptions that things happen A to point B. But at times point B is point N. Thus what we expect to be a short journey ends up being a longer journey than we would have liked.

Projections for opportunities matter, people make decisions based on that

Make decisions based on that, factors into judgement, and how just and fair systems actually achieve vs what is ideal concept of justice. There is incentive for reduced support for some opportunities and incentive for increased support of other opportunities. Movie Star more glamorous than teacher or janitor. Movie Star more glamorous than under payed under supported defense attorney that can’t put food they can trust on their table.

We should consider this a diversion of funds. Less Doctors and Less Direct Support to more people achieving their dreams and becoming inspiration for others. Inspiration for others to be inspiration for others, and so on. If we take that algorithm to its logical conclusion, if we inspired all people to be stars and nobody to be part of support networks. Movies would have no cameras and lights, and movie stars inspiration would never get to others.

Contrast, talent, support, why people aspire to certain fields, and how people achieve success in their fields of choice all matter to the equation and factor into one another. A lot of love, grace, and mercy should be implemented for all people for the diversion of funds.

Maybe we needed that doctor on stage. Maybe we needed that musician in congress instead. The system is currently functioning at less than optimal capacity. Blame the system that we all helped promote through action and inaction, or find a way to make it better?

Imperfect optimization choices combined with the fact that our world likes to deoptimize on purpose. How do we like to deoptimize on purpose? People don’t always appreciate things they don’t have to work for. Studio gives an amazing opportunity without testing the actor and actress for commitment, another studio roles along and picks up our shiny new talent and our studio is left without food on the table.

Add in the potential for wars, violence, not enough anger management training, not enough customer support training, not enough training on balancing humility and confidence in a way to not look arrogant, power, oppression, and misuse of power. Lots of elements that have the potential to cause unknowns. Thus wiser to embrace the unknown as part of the equation and realize guarantees really not part of the equation early on.

Reading from a teleprompter a dance. A dance that is likely much better with secure systems. Like having someone there to pick stuff up off the senate floor when all those senators are walking around talking. Wrong chair turned over could mean time in the hospital, and lots of incentives for things just to not work at times.

Bad laws and bad choices on support systems are bad for our country. An SSI system that fails to account for people that are hurting in society, likely leads to more people hurting, through reduced support and increased turbulent flow. The supported people are less likely to want to slit each others throat concept. A bit high contrast for the statement, think it a bit apt given some peoples lives on death row hang in the balance.

All that said. Back to the original topic, a topic that I diagramed and am now having trouble uploading. The network might be trying to teach me a bit of a lesson on this. Just because I can comment on something, doesn’t always mean I should.

And just because I can’t comment on something, doesn’t mean that is always good for everyone involved.

Projections matter. Incentive, incentive that takes less from me has value. People operate on it consciously at times and unconsciously at times. Just because we don’t think we are operating on principles at times does not mean we actually are operating on principles at times.

Imagine there is a beautiful woman. Now imagine I like this beautiful woman and someone else likes this beautiful woman. Imagine there is new opportunity far away E. Is it more value for me to promote E or deter opportunity E for my competition for this beautiful woman? Not always nice for the competition to have a name, God said love your enemy, therefore I will give the competition my name. Two possible versions of myself if you will.

A = Jason1 Competition
B = Jason2 Me
C = Beautiful woman who is dangerously under supported with hugs

Lets say for argument sake Jason A is a little arrogant to me, likes being confident and making people laugh. Sometimes Jason A makes jokes at my (Jason2 = B) expense. Jason A is kind of getting in the way of me talking to beautiful woman C who I remind you is dangerously under supported with hugs and love.

Now there is a new opportunity E, where E equals beautiful success, job, or woman far away. Being far away I have no real ability to know if E is actually success, job, or woman, could be death, destruction, and misery, but that is not what the cover looks like.

Do I say to A, the competition, be careful, or do I help them pack their bags and do everything I can to make their departure easier and with less hiccups? What if Jason A realizes I am trying to help speed up the process of getting Jason A from C to E. Then Jason A might choose to stay taking opportunity C from my (Jason B’s) hands.

If I am acting on the system, I am likely too close to the system. Guilty.

If I choose not to act on the system, due to possible biases and motivations to be able to hug beautiful woman C. I am acting on the system by being support out. Guilty.

Therefore, double guilty. If the jury will vote to convict regardless? Should I worry so much?

Redirects to not remove potential for problems. More incentivizing another field can push people out can make the system less enjoyable from bottom to top.

Lots of room for the devil to act in all this. Lots of room for incorrect assessments, judgements, and hurt feelings.

Talent, Control, Profit, Studio, Media, Sales, adequate support and love based on system that relies on image, amazing voices, and talent is hard to master, has time depreciating values associated with it, and does not always lead to happier and more robust friendships and relationships.

We want movies to equal value in.

Thus since movies, studios, and choices based upon image and time variant values have the ability to subtract from friendships and relationships, there is a need for marriage counseling and counselors in. Since vlog and blog space is relatively cheap although at no inconsequential cost to my own time, I provide my thoughts around marriage, and trying to be an advocate in for society and support.

I am a ginger (orangish hair color at a younger age), and gingers are a bit under represented, please understand the contrast.
