Energy?

Nobody likes not having enough energy to get through the day. Therefore I thought I would create a diagram on causes and effects. Seeing that I like multi use systems and the blind might appreciate a read through from the diagram creator, I decided to make a WordPress blog walk through of it, which I will then read for a video on YouTube.

Some potential causes for lack of energy. Some might be a little obvious, please bare with me.

Not enough sleep can cause lack of energy. Running at too high of capacity for too long can leave us feeling burned out and leave us under prepared with energy and resources for the next day.

The lack of support created by being run down can make us think sleep it off, it will be better in the morning. This can be taken too far and not fuel some wanted positive changes at times.

Sickness and Disability can make make the resistance higher to functioning during the day and can cause us to feel more tired as well. Not enough real support in can be a significant problems for energy and wasted time for both you and me.

Oppression and oppressive systems, corporate warfare, equals anti GDP – Gross Domestic Product and makes it harder to breathe increasing anxiety.

On the other hand, there are things that increase energy.

  1. Reminders in the right levels and the right ways can increase energy. How you ask? A reminder to work out today, might make our support and general health better a week from now.
  2. Non boring inspiring media can help spark our interest and raise our spirits, encouragement and fuel by amazing ideas go a long way.
  3. Work out videos, Yoga, Weightlifting, Kickboxing provides someone to listen to, generally someone that has already achieved the goals we are trying to achieve. Can help us pick up on safety tips and problems that could keep us out of the gym due to injuries that rob us of both time, energy, and future support.
  4. Powerful inspirational music, the right rock song to work out with? Fuel for the fire to get through those reps, also wise to be careful given we can miss things in the gym at times
  5. Food, sugar, carbohydrates, and fats. In the right levels and right amounts. Starving ourselves, starving our bodies when our energy production and mental capacity relies upon that energy production system is unwise. Healthy eating not always simple, can help in right levels and right amounts. Ideally the basic building blocks are useful, some medical cases where they can be less useful such as diabetes. There are complications and levels do matter.
  6. Hormones, if our hormones are unbalanced, if our thyroid is not working correctly, it can dramatically change our energy levels, thought processes, and decision making capacity. Health is an important part of the equation in decision making, and it is not a guarantee, and is not always guaranteed to work at full capacity specially given limited resources and support systems that compound on lack of energy and wasted time.
  7. Stimulants, a good cup of coffee or a piece of nicotine gum can go a long way. Not all products right for all people, some people might have heart attacks. No guarantees, ideally we increase energy optimal amount over our life span. Life span is not guaranteed, thus perfect optimization outside of God’s plan seems a bit unwise to believe we can achieve.
  8. Feeling validated is vital to encouragement. Encouragement can seriously improve our support lines, working support lines fuel each other to greatness and conversely backbiting support lines cause problems for us all through lost time, energy and resources.

    A few kind words of encouragement today? Would that mean to the world? Getting to Respected and Free? Hard to get there without validation, feeling depressed like the system hates us doesn’t really make us feel free, respected, or increase love for that system and others. Better to see Imperfections as opportunities. A good case for more Love and Grace into the system. Nice to remember other’s aren’t perfect and neither am I.

    Getting people to feeling free, respected, and validated requires Gratitude. Gratitude shows people that their Contributions matter and are appreciated!
  9. Oxygen and being able to breathe is also important to energy production. This can be thought of metaphorically and literally. Who wants to feel like they don’t have the freedom to move about freely, like they have to walk on egg shells when they are imperfect and trying to make positive strides towards a better future.
  10. Last thing to remember hydration matters to proper functioning of our bodies. A lot of our body is water. God also said that those that give a cold glass of water to a little one will in no way lose their reward. Wise to remember the big man upstairs is fighting our battles and worrying too much a bit unwise.
