Customer Service Apology Letter

Dear Amazing Customer Service Reps of the World,

You have made my days and my customer experiences more enjoyable. I am sorry that our systems like to wage wars and throw each other in the bus. I am sorry that our CEO’s undervalue your contributions to society. I am one man and am not sure I have the correct words. I do not want your buildings to burn down. I do not want your companies to fail.

저는 우리 시스템이 주요 문제에서 중국에 도전하지 못하기 때문에 아시아계 미국인이 머리를 맞대는 것을 원하지 않습니다. 한국, 일본, 태국, 필리핀 및 기타 아시아 국가의 사람들이 통제할 수 없는 국가의 시스템과 선택으로 인해 비난을 받는 것에 대해 유감스럽게 생각합니다. 중국도 마찬가지일 것이다. 북한이 바보였다고 해서 동양인을 사회에서 못지않게 취급할 수 있는 것은 아니다. 중동 사람들도 마찬가지입니다.

I do not want Asian Americans having their heads busted in because our system fails to challenge China on key issues. I am sorry that people in Korea, Japan, Thailand, Philippines and other Asian countries get blamed for systems and choices of a country they have no control over. Same likely goes for China, Just because North Korea was a jerk, doesn’t mean we can treat oriental people as less than in society. Same goes for people from the middle east.

전쟁의 가능성 때문에 스튜디오와 사람들이 파티와 해변에 가지 않기로 결정한 것에 대해 유감입니다. 세계 지도자들이 애완 동물 프로젝트에 대해 다투는 동안 사회의 일부 사람들이 충분한 지원 없이 감옥에 갇힌 것을 유감스럽게 생각합니다. 사람들이 서로의 등을 토닥이는 거대한 기분 좋은 기자 회견이 있는 동안 사람들이 감옥에서 기다리게 해서 미안합니다.

I am sorry that studios and people have had to choose not to go out to parties and the beach because the potential for wars. I am sorry that some people in society have been left in jails without enough support while the world leaders bicker about their pet projects. I am sorry people wait around in Jail while there are giant feel good press conferences where people give each other pats on the back.

I appreciate your contributions to society, not nearly as much as I should.
