Personally, I have tendency towards over generalization based on many unknowns, hard to give people benefit of the doubt specially in tough times. Being more specific, time to know people personally not always a given, thus giving others the benefit of the doubt, finding a way to bridge communication divides can be high value added. My guess is I am not the only one with that tendency. Takes work and conversation to work against Non Ideal Biases.
