Inspiring Grace

There are 1000 situations and problems in life that can inspire the words

“You made your bed, now lie in it”

When those situations arise in life, potentially few times in life

Will you have the better words ready at those moments?

Words like “There is Hope, The Future has yet to be Written, Don’t upsell all things that are possible to known, visibility is limited and while I did not experience what you did I can relate, I have had my own experiences that have seemed hopeless and things aren’t always as bad as they seem”

Words likely not worthy of remembering to words that might change the most broken of hearts are possible to inspire, potentially not always invested in with time, thought, and reflection in advance. Easy to get blindsided in the tough times, hard to inspire Trust and Faith, Encouragement over Discouragement when life throws some of the harder curveballs.

Those that use the words “You made your bed, now lie in it” likely are dealing with their own difficulties, potentially lost hopes and lost dreams, if you hear those words will you have the capacity, way to enlighten? Disrespected people have high potential for not all Encouragement Inspired. Disrespected people disrespect people. Thus finding a way to respect others more, and to respond in an enlightening way when disrespected has the potential to be game changing for other’s life and self.

Words can be like fire, not always simple, easy, and light to be words of water, yet words that are water are the most likely to put out the fire before it spreads.

Communication training of others, words that have been inspired are likely upsold to ideal when communication and language is ever changing, ever morphing, and a system that profits some over others many times. Language output will be less than ideal, a little less judgmental, other ways to hear and read things has potential for value added and less value subtracted at times. I know what they meant and they should be trained and inspired to give better words yet I will not let that affect me, I will not carry that hurt forward to respond to them or others has the potential to be power that is likely not always reflected upon.

It might be personal, does not mean it is about your deficits or about the ideal hand that they were dealt. Extracting the words from the people we care about is difficult when we care about them, because we listen, truly listen to those who we care about. Difficult does not equal impossible, difficult does not equal it is unwise to do so, that it might not be far more value added in the long run.

Sin Tax on Reality

Not all people agree what sin is does not equal it will cost you nothing over life. Accounting for sin in savings might be a worthwhile endeavor.

People amp far less than ideally based on far less than sufficient at times training. It is zero cost to society? Unlikely. Likely to always be factored into decision making, probably not.

I would like all others to be blessed and protected might not be the way God sees it. My reality would ideally have zero gas chambers and genocide. God’s reality allows it, which I don’t fully comprehend. Giving good a chance to shine requires sufficient contrast seems less than sufficient.

Might need to phrase that another way. There are real wrongs that have the potential to amp wars into uncontrollable momentum that could be solved through building bridges rather than tearing them down. Judgment is generally particular to a case, one case has potential for being less accurate for judging another. Unwise to judge without full comprehension of all details and is easy to do under stress of insufficient support.

People don’t fully appreciate peace at times seems like it has potential for amping less peacemakers, less peacemaking appreciated. Easy to take good days in life for granted.

My words might be applicable to a particular case does not equal they sufficiently address all cases.

Inspiring Less Anxiety

Words that can Inspire Less Anxiety are possible. Too much weight on words, heavy words can be less than sufficient lift. Lift matters, factors into ability to Encourage and Deliver Trust and Validation.

More time thinking about Anxiety, and what leads to Anxiety inspired can lead to surface area for critical thought, critical thought about words that can inspire Love, Grace, Hope, and Encouragement that can reduce anxiety and inspire real gains for others in society has potential for a lot of value added.

Gains are possible. Feedback, Critical Feedback is valuable. A closed loop system has the ability to factor in feedback into gauging temperature of conversation where as an open loop system might not. Conversation can be inspiring. Conversation can inspire Anxiety. Actively listening to those actively listening to you has the potential for valuable feedback on when more words or less words, more words or different words are more valuable to relate, to encourage, to inspire.

Uncertainty and Suspense can be useful for storytelling. Uncertainty and Suspense might not inspire the most trust, most ability to believe expectations will be met. Belief and Expectation factors into Anxiety. Will words that are spoken be appreciated, or taken out of context, be thrown into legalism and cause the speaker to question is communicating a good idea?

The idea of non-judgmental is thrown around. Society says it will be open minded and forgiving yet society is not always ideal legalism out, not always ideal skepticism out. Able to inspire real conversation, the kind that can change minds and change hearts might require a bit of strategy, a bit of reading the room, a bit of knowing the audience, because the audience holds the gem that will make the speakers communication shine and gleam like infinite diamond, rubies, sapphires, and emeralds or fall short as just more of the same.

Less legalism requires trust. Details matter. Grace is not always delivered. Being the words that bridge communication for others, that inspire grace for the unknowns, for the limiting visibility that we are all facing in life is not always a given. Life is scary at times. Inspiring trust is valuable and not always valued for the value creation potential it has.

People have many similar qualities, they are trying to go through life, improve, find love and find success. People with similar goals and a lot of common ground have a lot to gain from giving each other the benefit of the doubt. Have a lot to gain from listening a little more and possibly trying to choose words that give more oxygen in the room for the unknowns. Not choosing battles about what to judge can limit oxygen and lift for the things that you need to be correct about. Harsh words are many times delivered not based upon the actions of those responsible. There is value in less harsh words, not always because others might not be wrong but also because it is a choice we all have the capacity to make, to not let others define our message, to not let others remove grace that is likely to create more value creation for them and us.

Enemies might not always be enemies, they might be trained in different ways with limited visibility, and given I or others have not sufficiently taught them different a little more grace and a little less judgment has higher potential to make things better. Loving your enemy not always just about the enemy, but about preventing us from becoming the qualities we do not wish to represent. Imagining others as self, as a mirror reflection where by the circumstances of fate where delivered differently has potential for high value added. There but for the grace of God go I. Misrepresentation and Villain Level Contrast that amps much less than sufficiently is normal, common, considered useful – upsell personal bias built upon a far less than ideal system as sufficient for judgment?

Young me would always listen sufficiently? No. Others that are young now might be facing some of the same hardships, same needs to provide, same needs to deliver in less than ideal circumstances that I had to deal with in the past? Likely. Legalism is the fountain of youth, the path to immortality? No. God accounts for what mans failed laws cannot, likely.

Engineer Learning Anatomy and Physiology at 40

I am currently trying to learn Anatomy and Physiology. I am reading through a free text book provided by OpenStax. Information about learning process factors into feedback, feedback that is useful information for improving process. Anatomy and Phsiology has many new terms. My major being Computer Engineering terms like fault tolerance and concurrency are normal. There is overlap in Anatomy and Physiology, a process on a computer is a different than a process on a Neuron. A major hurdle to tackle is the plethora of new terminology and acronyms. The sheer number of terms, getting familiarized is a bit diffcult. Glia, Axon, Dendrite, Mylenation, Astrocytes, Olegendrocytes, Schwan cells, Nucleus, and Ganglia to name a few from my read on the CNS and PNS, Central Nervous System and Peripheral Nevrous System.

I have been away from studying textbooks for a while thus my reading is more accustomed to different texts. If I can document the process of learning, what is simpler and what is harder I can likely improve the process for self and ideally others, teaching factors into greater throughput for learning for others and self. There appears to be a greater number of terminology, and many systems to get familiarized with.

A bit confusing

How action potential works. I realize a neurotransmitter causes a channel to open that charges the cell to +30mv via Sodium ions then to lower than -70mv when potassium ions leave. The idea of graded potential and thresholds make sense. How the signal propagates over the axon is still a bit confusing. How long the actual axon of one cell is is a bit confusing as well. Seems like axons are set to length in millimeters yet there is discussion about axons moving all the way from the synapse at your finger to the thalamus in your brain. That is much longer than millimeters (millimeters for length of axon and micrometers for diameter of axon).

Also the idea of white matter which is composed largely of axons wrapped in mylenation is also a bit confusing. Are there no dendrites on tract (CNS) and nerve (PNS) cells? Trying to line things up is a bit difficult and I might need to re-read to gain a better understanding.

I will continue to write feedback to hopefully inspire greater learning for others and self. There is a potential for the information to be clear, or clearer to others as the sheer volume of terminology and information is a lot to handle. Working on my memory and learning new terms hopefully will increase my neuroplasticity. Memory to useful, Brain to active takes work, work well worth investing in. What I invest in time today will likely factor into useful potential later on in life.
