More Blender 3.6.2 Thoughts

The Asset library with 3D Human Assets is nice, yet when I drag in the Asset I am unable to convert it to a mesh, might be a way to enable this, yet more clicks equals more potential for divest. Make it hard not all future support amplified likely not fully appreciated. Convert to mesh is disabled under Object menu.

Marking Mesh as Asset in Blender File is possible, I think this is workable yet I am not a lawyer, and the legal system, society in general has a bit of a propensity for not doing right by artists. Licensed under https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/public-domain/cc0/

Blender 3D 3.6.2 Thoughts

Needs to be a fast way in geometry nodes to run a script based on position of vertices

Getting position from points in geometry nodes is difficult, having a way to output each point could be valuable. I realize purpose of geometry nodes is to work with groups of elements, for debugging purposes it would be useful to see individual points. Currently working on trying to create a stitching pattern on a t-shirt like object. Translation for instances works in some cases but in some cases scaling down or offset is dependent upon the current edge. Edges can face inside of mesh yet be in directly opposite directions. Think of trying to outline a maze from a top down view with lines and two walls of the maze are attached, outline requires moving line inside yet that is in opposite directions for both sides of the wall.

The way the Compare node on Geometry Nodes seems to be counterintuitive. I add two integers and add them to the compare node, trying to control adding to a vector if one integer is greater than the other yet controlling the flow is not easy. I can multiply by a vector, yet that is confusing, vectors have 3 dimensions yet booleans are a single value. Boolean true multiplied by x=1, y=1, z=1 carries all values forward yet that is confusing when input shows x,y,z and then takes a boolean.

Making what is single value, versus what is an array of values seems like it could be more perceivable. Unable to perceive difference easily factors into lack of comprehension at least for self. Geometry output is a Circle, and Integer Output is a Circle, and Vector output is a diamond, a bit confusing by default in my opinion.

Ability to name nodes, possibly give a description would be nice as well. Compare less than or greater than has context based on the diagram though not all straightforward comprehension. Compare Less than versus named
“Compare when x<0”, more descriptive naming could help. Has potential for getting confusing with vectors, because you have to create and add vector, then multiply the vector against a boolean, thus the node tree grows a bit larger when doing special case work such as when an item is above or less than a value changing the system.

Easy ability to create a generator script as input node would be nice, could be added to templates. Example translate x+=1,y+=1,z+=1 over 100 frames, could work like the scene time input.

Access to quality tools will factor into who gets to capitalize on 3D Rendering and 3D printing in the future. Blender limited has potential to lead to those with money, that have the money to pay for higher cost software to profit a few at the cost of many, kind of the general way this World and a capitalist system seems to work by default at times. I both like Software Programmers getting paid (I am one, that has invested heavily in open source and haven’t had sufficient funds to help my mother in a critical time, feels defeating, monstrous) and I also don’t like the idea of a few in society utilizing systems like logic, reason, law, and computers for the profit of a few at the cost of many.

Technical Elite Aristocracy is potentially possible, people less than Eistein set to less valuable, less valuable to keep alive seems monstrous.

Blender 3D can be used to create models that help facilitate blueprints for houses. Blender 3D can be used to create models for parts like Water Pumps that factor into access to clean water cheaply or leveraged by a select set of companies. Engineering, Reason, and Logic is claimed as helps create a better World, a better society, yet Standards, Bars, Levels that are acceptable not always set.

Claims as not wasting time, not limiting better in the World, really not all true value added. Faster problems are fixed, factors into more time for fixing problems. God of infinite power gives feeling of delivers desire to make humanity warmer, happier, more equipped for each day? Output from Heaven could be greater, less than all genocide and gas chambers over time seems like precedent for less than sufficient value allowed.

I have desired to make the World a better place, but I have been limited over and over, had projects and my life derailed time after time. If God actually wanted humanity to suffer less, wouldn’t He protect me better? Justice in a World that limits support needs to install Justice for the support limiting, true value out perceived and comprehended unlikely equals unlikely to be able to deliver square deal, fair justice.

Needs splashes, turbulence, and gravity physics.

Trying to associate a capture attribute on the Z value of the generated Rain drops. Then apply that using age (basically frame of instance) and having trouble. Hard to capture individual values for each point based on initial conditions using capture attribute then filter into Simulation Node. Trying to do something similar to what I am seeing on https://www.blender.org/download/releases/3-6/ simulation nodes video, yet setting the initial conditions for input value is not capturing. Thus some drops are already closer to ground, desire to have their age values set to less initially thus they splash out quicker than ones that are placed higher using the random points.

Now removes drops on 100th frame, desire to remove drops on different frames based on their initial position in the animation. If I attach a random value to the subtract value in the simulation it does not work as expected. Should subtract a random value between 0 and 1 over each frame and just removes all the geometry on the second frame.

20 years of new computing power does not equal what I would expect from 20 years of work. Likely some bad actors reducing support in not fully appreciated ways. Investing in new processors when Software is allowed to amp like jade? Kind of gives feeling of being robbed.

Everyone to realize they are getting 5% of the value they are promised when buying? System that allows oppression is allot of jade, allot of wasted time.

God cares about people having effective tools, cares about their success in supporting one another seems to amplify less than sufficiently. High amount of jade in that. Limiting of support factors into momentum for those that write laws less than sufficiently, those that run society, those that put labels on people and put people in Jail, all funded based on funding that is being robbed from cycles I and many others helped pay for and invested in.

Shows the bug if you move the subtract in simulation to use random node, instead of generating a different random value for each instance it just removes them all on the second frame.

Future seen as not limited out of the gate seems unwise. I would be helping with the code if I was not oppressed, if my input was valued more.

A reminder to self that output is less than ideal not all value out.

Further, create a Free Set of 3D Assets for use with Blender – Assets tab feature really cool, likely some amazing things that can be done with Geometry nodes and Assets tab. I created a Repeat 10 Cubes Asset that makes repeating objects simpler, just take the cube and replace with appropriate geometry (while maintaining the geometry nodes modifier). Kind of neat to be able to see geometry editing in editing mode be duplicated live. 10 Count is default, count number can be changed on geometry nodes tab (Blender 3.6.2 and 3.6.1 is the versions I have been using). Useful for taking objects like houses and replicating many on a street or other repetitive uniform rendering many times seen in designs.

Also added a 3D Axis, got this idea from an awesome video I watched on Geometry Nodes (reminder I, the writer of this vlog not the one on the following video).

The 3D Axis makes seeing the spin and twist on the curve much easier, very useful for emphasizing how directions change.

Some ideas around using solar panels to pump water into higher level storage tanks then using the hydro power they generate via falling then having solar pump it back up thus utilizing green energy all the way through and having capacity on demand so to speak. Sounds like already thought of.

One of the Free 3D Assets in Works in Progress is a shoe. I have been trying to figure out how to add stitching patterns (open circles) around the edge of a curve or mesh using geometry nodes. One of the ideas I have is potentially a 3D printed shoe company that gives one pair free to people in need for every pair sold.

New shoes are powerful, tools that are nice to use factor into use. A Fitbit and a nice pair of tennis shoes that are nice to use factors into more potential for my own choice to walk more and do more cardio. If you live to 70 might wish you could have invested in more steps when you are 30, thus if you are 30 today might be a worthwhile challenge to invest 10,000 steps early for your 70 year old self.

The 3D State Machine that has emissive borders and transparency looks pretty cool with the Holy Light effect from Video Guru (Video Editor) on Android. Have some renders I would like to provide but GitHub has a 100 mb limit. Actually the renders are not that big thus I am committing the files to GitHub right now.

There is some work on water pipe and pump 3D assets inspired a bit by Water Wells created by International Red Cross and ideas for greater clean water accessibility for the World as well as videos on pumped hydro and water desalination.

Also added some work on Electricity, Molecules, 3D motors, Superconductors, and Electrical Induction inspired by YouTube videos on the subjects.

Was also looking for ideas on designing a better water propeller and found an interesting video on Toroidal propellers. Also some designs inspired a bit by a video on Air Turbines.

Physics simulation better could help generate more potential for Energy Efficient design.

There is a Render of a Table and a Scale (Thoughts of Scale of Justice) and a law study library. Inspired a bit by thoughts of Suits, 48 Hours, and videos I have watched about Defense Law. I am anti death penalty and anti oppressive Jails denoted by the higher scale on the left. Lift is nice.

Find out you leave someone innocent in Jail for years because of bad evidence, or decisions made on limited funding and increased throughput is likely not all lift added. At least the thoughts I would have though not a judge, not a lawyer.

Also created an MRI Machine render, thoughts inspired by several videos on how MRI machines work and a Free Anatomy textbook from Openstax.org.

I have video read through of multiple parts of the anatomy text book that I would be providing on YouTube, but currently account is blocked. Easy to not think about a YouTube account like Water, or utilities, but what if it is in this day and age?

Having a video of what has been read through facilitates more re-reads and energy in the system (going at a faster speed) from my experience.

Fresh Different and New Factors into Hope, not likely fully appreciated until one has been stagnated to the level I have.

Engineering, a field I am invested in is far from all Encouragement added. I can give many examples under supported, under funded, and less ability maintained combined with losses over time.

Socializing and being Single, far from all Encouragement added. People grow old, grow apart, and some are left isolated, alone and feel as if they are imposing when talking to others. I will see myself to the door, thought, but not always said.

Teaching, far from all Encouragement added. Imperfection trying to amp greater comprehension and usefulness in others is harder than expected, even when you get something right you are reminded of what you got wrong, and visibility of what you get right is obfuscated from view many times.

Art, a constant reminder that image factors into perception, and even access and perception to Image is limited by design, prevented by others who claim to be making right choices based upon limited knowledge. Constant reminder light, contrast, clean, new, fresh, and different all factor into sales, valued or not valued, hope, potential for the future combined with a World full of oppression and laws that profit a select few is less than ideal encouragement added.

Having spent time in Jail, situation is bad when you go in, situation does amp better easily when you get out. Mind recovers after, but how much does it recover. Each person is different, less ability to create value in the World factors into resources and hope available on any given day. Forced fasting, having SSI robbed after leaving Jail hurts, hurts in a not fully appreciated way.

Being a Ginger (white with Orange haired) is far from all value added. Do you tan? No, your skin and freckles perceived as less desirable thought, known, but not said. Installed and reinstalled from a young age, part but less than. From the South and white, not likely to get much sympathy from History, people from other races that have experienced distinct and real wrongs and hearing the pain of a ginger really not a lot of time, oxygen and energy for that. Less capacity to go out to beach, less sunlight does not always make people happier, give people sufficient vitamin D.

I might have chosen better fields that factor into less tests on Joy and Happiness? Maybe. Being a doctor and seeing people you care about die and unable to help people at critical times must be debilitating. Lawyer and see your client robbed of life is less than sufficient hope inspired.

A bridge you create as an Architect, a car you create as an Engineer will be able to hug you at the end of the day? No. To say wins don’t factor into Hope, Perception, and Encouragement is a lie.

I heard a sermon on having a thick skin. I have had many trials and hardships, not all of which I think make people better. I don’t think it is likely to always generate a warmer, less cold-hearted person. I want others to go through what I have? NO. Eye for an eye, revenge and vengeance against those responsible might feel good for a second, but does not fix, or train people better in the long run.

If someone reads this, and says they just have a thin skin, I still don’t wish what I have been through on them. Why? I don’t think hardships and less support make people ideally stronger and supported. If you haven’t been through what I have, hard to know. A bunch of engineers with extreme health problems might be able to think of better ways to fix accessibility problems, but with the sickness they would be unable to actually deliver the accessibility problem solutions or deliver maintenance that factors into longer term value added. People make useful persecution and oppression as value creation mechanism, that far from always deliver and many times create imperceptible problems that factor into longer term value in society.

It is important to test support at times, gets upsold to it is always valuable to test support, that tests to support never create problems of their own, never impact the system in problematic ways.

People that rob someone else always know that person has had a history of depression? No.

Testing matters, too many test can break things. Bend a wire once might give you comprehension of different physics mechanism, bend a wire continuously it likely to break. And people aren’t made of steel like wires.

The minister talked about praying for giving people a thicker skin and a softer heart. Definitely two potential value generators that I feel like pull in different directions at times. Thicker skin can lead to unable to appreciate wrongs, other’s hurting, needing encouragement that is just a part of life could be thought of as having tougher skin. If I was too hurt by all the people I was not encouraging, would I really be ideal encouragement to the people I am encouraging? I am not God, I do think there is value in the prayer.

I would like to help encourage the prayer in the right paths, as I believe humans (including myself) might perceive, comprehend, and deliver based upon the prayer wrongly. It does not diminish the prayer of the minister, it is a reminder that perception and deliverance based upon heard value is much different between the many different types of people on earth. Everybody has different life experiences, careers, and physiology that factors into their perception, comprehension, and thought processes, decision making around the subject. I can deliver my limited perception on the matter. The fact that my deliverance is less than ideal, less than spotless, less than perfect might be an excuse to not discuss, not to converse, not to take the risk of spending time on something that might not deliver immediate positive results.

God is far more value added than me has potential for upsold to I need to do nothing. I am really not in the mindset of you earn your way to Heaven, might seem like the idea man can be perfect, deliver perfectly, will always be ideally prepared, and that didn’t stop Gas Chambers and World War 2 in advance. If man was praying more, studying more, had better solutions and more communication in advance, we might not have had the War? I would like to believe Mankind has the potential to make positive changes and deliver better over time, though it seems time and time again we fall back into Wars and Less Peace, dividing instead of uniting as useful.

Choices that Men and Women make matter. If God were ideal output No Jewish people would have been sent to concentration camps, at least in my opinion. God could have made the World, Mankind perfect robots, chose not to. Design choices and what is possible matters, easy to upsell to less. When in Peaceful times it gets easy to think Peace is a default, is a given, is delivered by a loving God that has no potential for removing it.

Trying to be support and supportive of a World that seems to generate momentum towards War in unfixable at times way is jading, is discouragement that is hard to fully comprehend.

A riddle: They are light, they are lift, not always.

Free Blender 3D Python Script

I have been working a bit with Python and Blender watching YouTube videos and searching for information on Python Scripting, particularly in Blender. The ability to use Timers could be more intuitive by default. Accessing the Info panels with messages could possibly be easier as well. Here is some information to help others where I have spent some time. There is reason to use built in keyframe system over timers, yet key frames seems a bit heavy in certain cases like if I were to run animation as part of a geometry node (Geometry nodes don’t currently add key frames when using Scene Time node).

I was looking for an alert function, printing text, creating an alert window seems like it should be easier and more intuitive. I found how to create a beep though it seemed to not always play, not always reliable, and can be annoying with speakers set to high volume (like when listening to videos with volume levels at different rates). Less tests can like annoying sounds can be power that is not always fully appreciated.

Thus that is what factored into my creation of the following script:

Tried using time.sleep which seemed to freeze the User Interface, and tried some context.scene.update functions that did not seem to work.

Trying to be helpful, would like to create a live Java Integration to Blender that would allow people to control animations in Blender via a JavaFX User Interface or other methods. Potentially using the updates to Java Native Interface or possibly a UDP packet system (might allow for other systems to utilize). Think there are some Java Python integrations already out there that might be useful.

Might be cool to have a tight integration with exporting and pipeline process – https://www.lwjgl.org/. Workflow that is easy factors into use. Tools like 3D and Artwork will likely become more important as time goes on with Pattern Matching and Artificial Intelligence, potentially allowing things never dreamt of as possible.

Better tools faster factors into more time for projects like Cancer Research. Less War, Less Oppression is the true enabler of Clean Rooms and Fabrication units that don’t burn down, and thus faster processors that factor into a more enabled future.

Animation Tools matter greatly, or they don’t?

Also important to remember that people, Engineers and Companies design, build, deliver the equivalent of 3D Printers and do not always clean up after themselves. Hubris would say I am not from Cambodia, I don’t think like a Cambodian, I could never end up like a Cambodian. A more sober look could say I don’t want to end up like a Cambodian looking down from heaven waiting for others to fall into a bear trap I left with the purpose of protection.

What has the potential to help Cure Cancer also has the potential to lead to more landmines that children fall over. A World more responsible with the Power it is given is far from a given.

Engineering systems require safety valves to operate effectively many times. High Voltage equipment requires High Voltage signs. That is easier to deliver in good financial times, times where the government is not deeply in debt and is subject to greater levels of corruption. Engineers and Designers many times make decisions based on desire to help humanity without factoring in that situations change dynamically and dramatically sometimes. Hard to factor in, does not equal zero need to factor in. 20 years from now will a high voltage sign still stand? Will that High Voltage sign be under less maintenance due to increased financial constraints? This is the kind of stuff we are facing in our country today, at least as far as I can tell, from very limited and obfuscated information.

Tools that people rely upon being broken, working less efficiently due to others disabling factors into reduced ability to maintain, and increase time losses. I feel like tools and software systems that make our World run have been effectively protected and maintained in our system? No. Could be much worse does not equal could not be much better. A system that does not value the time and talents of individuals is likely to pay that price in reduced support and maintenance.

Imagine someone is slashing your tires. You could potentially have to go to the emergency room then find out your tires are slashed. Is the key to grow thicker skin, just drive with slashed tires? Or is the better solution to prevent the people from slashing tires in the first place. Heard a sermon today about growing thicker skin, not sure that it is always wise to allow Oppression to manifest and amplify over time with no consequences. Eye for an eye would say slash their tires, yet that is not really ideal, then a third party shows up needs to go to the emergency room and neither person can take them. Wasting time, breaking support is potentially seen as useful until it is not.

Less maintainable and less trustable factors into less ability to trust who is in jail and prison and who is out is delivered and declared for the right, justified reasons. Databases are less than ideally secure, and system has presented in very insecure ways over the past many years. Part of society that is in Jail is likely innocent, or at the very least have had their support, story, and message turned down in very real ways, ways that might be highly probable of leading to crimes in much of the population. Easy to think one self above the tests, never able to fall victim to bad choices. That hubris has potential to lead to what parties people go to, what drugs they allow to be around them. If bad things only happen one out of 20 days, that is much greater chance than winning the lottery. Early divest is power not always fully pondered.

I can handle the problems (that I can’t see and likely won’t know how to fully handle) or go to the library and read where there will be less problems? One might have a thicker skin, one might solve more problems. Acting out of fear is unwise, easy to equate wiser choices, choices that increase risk mitigation and reduce probability to fear. The one that goes to the party might be more likely to run into a burning building to save someone. Burning buildings without proper protective gear might lead to more people in trouble with a still small amount of time to save them. Being a Hero in the right way, potentially not always fully pondered. Not all step up to solve problems, those that do should be rewarded, are many times mistreated based upon the risk they generate. Do those same heroes take time beforehand to think about risk mitigation?

Of course knowing the risk might lead to more heroes divesting in advance. Knowing more reasons to fear always ideal value added? I am not a fire fighter, I am not someone that plants landmines, talking and writing about dangers might lead people to believe things about me that are not true. Trying to have a conversation is a risk, a risk that is not always ideally mitigated.

Conversation is not always rewarded, and is not zero cost. Trying to make a difference has potential for upsold to easier than it is. Oppression is less than ideal value out, Reduced Miscommunication and even self’s Comprehension is less than ideal value in.

Conversation has potential for showing where you are wrong. I might have been able to not have issues with things I thought in the past because I haven’t had real conversation about them? True. Highlighting selves wrongs do not always lead to ideal oppression, max profit of other parties reduced. I feel like God makes up the difference sufficiently? Not really as of late.

People like to understand why things happen the way they do. It is easy to upsell knowledge to more valuable than zero surface area, no knowledge. Once one opens a door it is not always easily shut. Not driving at night close to bars has potential for higher value added than police that do their best but have high potential for amplifying less than ideally based upon obfuscated comprehension and not always ideal support.

Reducing probablities does not set them to zero. Society likes to drive a hard line between people that drive by default and those that drive tired or on a cell phone. Yet people driving by default generally know there is a chance, there is probabilities increased for having an accident for self and others. That mentality amplified over the public at large factors into less than ideal decision making taught as useful for increased throughput. The combination of training factors into how people decide with reduced cognitive ability, like when tired, or stressed.

What we turn up in society as should be valued, as matters factors into greater or lesser probabilities over time.
