I have been through a significant amount of pain in 41 years of life, others have likely been through much more.

If I meet someone on any given day, today, tomorrow, 30 years from now. I have a choice, let that affect my interaction or not let that affect my interaction. What I turn up on the common factors into practice for what I will turn up in the future. Turning up can’t fee it factors into better relationships and peace, more encouragement for self.

If I prick my finger picking a rose, do I need someone to blame, a reminder myself is clumsy at times, or will I have practiced don’t fee it in advance?

Less fee it is power, including power that includes encouragement, and greater levels of control, less potential for other’s actions to negatively impact both your life, their life, and the lives of others around your interactions. Christ forgave us, we owe it to others to forgive them. We have less than ideal comprehension, utilize systems like electricity and cars that lead to less-than-ideal pain and suffering out for all people, we owe others forgiveness, mercy, and grace. That forgiveness, mercy, and grace facilitates the actions we take, including making peace over war.

Typing Pratice

I got a new MSI keyboard recently that has the capability to light up on keypresses. Thoughts of peripheral vision and typing practice.

I also have bought some icepacks recently from Tom Thumb that I have on back of my chair – Texas heat is intense, potential way to help with cooling, makes practicing typing a bit more enjoyable experience.

Also have some Icy Hot Pro Dry Spray that I have used on my back which helps reduce back pain. Dry Spray is nice, lidocaine products require application, sometimes I use disposable gloves because takes a long time to wash lidocaine off hands like 1 minute and half. Note: The Dry Spray says was hands thoroughly after each use.

Listening to some nice ominous music while practicing, kind sounds like monks, reminds of AC Air Conditioning, and thoughts of suspense, what is in the tunnel?

Also drinking a product called Liquid IV Hydration Multiplier – mixes in with water, I am currently using a Brita Water filter (also purchased from Tom Thumb), ordered some from Amazon that didn’t arrive, not sure what is up.
