Imagine people are making an Ark to the future. The choices they make factor into how the Ark is built and who will have a ticket. Head starts matter into what people will have, the training they will have when they are on the Ark. Imagine there is a number, number of dollars that could be put into saving a life. Realize this would likely be different for every country on Earth.
