Ukraine being H-ed on support is not all ideal.
United Nations is reported on some important topics I believe (Haiti for one) yet is amplifying accusations against Israel thus I think giving wind to potential propaganda is non ideal. I want the people of Israel, Jews, Gaza, and Palestinians to all see better days.
What I am hearing about China is there is increased authoritarianism – also commented on in a United Nations question. I know many US products and businesses rely upon Chinese products which makes it feel like we are partially funding authoritarianism and an ally of Russia. This is part of what I mean by Ukraine being H-ed on support. I don’t like the potential for alienation of Oriental people in USA that is a byproduct of the distrust and derisking with China. China’s lack of carry through on Hong Kong combined with the dynamic of Taiwan, the support of Russia is concerning.
I am a fan of Space. I would like Ukraine and Russia to have peace. I agree with Ukraine, I want our allies supported. I think Starlink position is understandable, given the interconnectedness of international business, I think they should be required to help Ukraine and not Russia.
