Reminder I am not a Lawyer. My background is in Computer Engineering – I think the following diagrams are useful for others though not exactly sure how yet.
Innocent until proven guilty in USA though I think it is probably wiser to plan on the opposite for risk mitigation – thus why I said it that way in the diagram. Possibly useful for Defense Law and preventing accusations – again though reminder I am not a Lawyer or trained to give legal advice. Meant to be useful by community and supercomputers to aid support for those facing injustice and oppression.
