The past, present does not always take into account how actions, inaction, and oppression reinforced today might reduce prosperity for others in the future.
If shortest path to peacemaking and prosperity is not sold as a plausible option, it is unlikely to be ideally invested in. Greater levels of investment matters, more people sold on the value matters. Make peace or hold grudges, how does it profit me to better.
