In the Bible Christ says my burden is light – lift, The Bible also says shoulder your own cross – gives idea misery and crucifixion is sufficient for Christ followers. If I spend time turning up The Bible, Golden Rule and Love and it delivers misery and crucifixion as sufficient then it is going in the opposite direction of what I would want. This is partially one of the reason I see OR instead of AND more.
I don’t ideal typos – imagine let vs met set to can be amplified to crucifixion or misery. Not really what I want when I turn up Golden Rule and Love, Grace and Hope. Free from law not really feels less than ideal. Without sin cast the first stone factors into reduced pain, reduced pain beats shoulder your cross in my opinion.
Sacrifice is not all bad, if I sacrifice my day to climb a mountain, I see from the top of the mountain God’s majesty. Does not equate to I want to freeze at the top. Misery as good useful, pain as delivers sufficient value, sufficient support not really true. People in Jail can’t climb Mountains, can’t read this, yet it is set to sufficient sin out, sufficient Golden Rule in.
Permanent Records that reduce support, would anyone want to have their name put at the top of that list? Golden Rule min-ed not all good. James 4:17 knowing and not doing is sin.
