Inspired by stomach pains and needs to eat, get nutrients
Added sweet and spicy ingredients, and Low Sodium V8 (which contains substantial potassium – important nutrient) to my Ramen Noodles today which increased my capacity to get it down. (Reminder product names not part of free content). Tums, fiber gummies, and Prilosec OTC (at 4 monthly intervals or so) is helping (reminder specific instructions on product packages that factor into safety).
Food made a vitamin I took hurt my stomach less as well, combinational gains.
