Worth in Punishment

Punishment is invested in, yet people do not always perceive and comprehend the potential boomerang effect.

What is perceived and comprehended as punishment or clarification matters. People might say stop, you are making a mistake, yet might say so in a patronizing way that is associated with punishment might lead to less-than-ideal delivery on less mistakes.
