Perception of Humble factors into how other people interact with each other. Humble has potential to be perceived as less of an Alpha wind.
That said Humble, Humbled, and the processes that lead to them are not always ideal encouragement and confidence builders. The combination matters. Balance matters.
We want people that aren’t afraid to warn each other of potential dangers. Someone less confident in their opinion on warnings, High Voltage or Not High Voltage, Needs to know or doesn’t need to know. If-ed confidence is not always ideal value established and delivered.
People that are less Encouraged might be unlikely to think they can win the game, change the tide, make real contributions that matter.
Humble, Humbled, reduced Alpha winds, and Confidence are all systems that exist in a profit based, less than ideal sin out World. There is value in one being humbled, less confident and that value is not always ideal value to self or others.
If you want to win the game, win an election, is your desire for others to be humble, humbled in their best interest? Is it ideal Golden Rule established and delivered? There is value in reduced value out gets set to ideal – reduced value out profits some parties over others.
If they disagree with me and I want to win the debate, it must be hubris, arrogance, relevance limiting and not that my confidence shaken is less than ideal, my comprehension and logic formulated on less than ideal comprehension needs addressing. Others humble factor into own confidence, encouragement is not always fully entertained.
The other side of the spectrum is your a Rockstar with flawless logic, I am a Rockstar with flawless logic, we are all Rockstars with ideal comprehension and flawless logic and that factors into facts and truth not needing to be checked or addressed.
Balance is hard, very hard to get right – discounted as not that big of a deal is why we see some of the problems in the world. Humble at the right time will open doors and increase trust, Confident at the right time will open doors and increase trust, claim to always know when that is? Claim it will establish value ideally in a competitive max profit based world?
