Christ says “without sin cast the first stone”. Part of why that is so harsh is it takes authority, or at least the current perception and comprehension of who is in authority and why into question.
People train, and people are granted trust and confidence in their decision making. If someone finishes college and weighs in on a subject, they feel like they have gone through training, earned the right to a significant extent. Imagine someone with a PhD in the same field is in the room. Knowledge of that PhD known or not known factors into capacity to have High Ground, to show value in voice.
If the person with a college degree was in the same room, and someone with a PhD corrected them – what the person with a college degree perceives their training level is factors into value respect or possibly as value taken away. Is is easy to be de-valued, it is easy to be de-valued because of lack of comprehension, it is easy for others desiring to profit to de-value others based upon perception of lack of comprehension and that all factors into High Ground.
Confidence matters, someone trained always second guessing themselves could lead to no progress no work done, potentially less mistakes at the cost of throughput being set to zero. Negating High Ground, and Confidence is consequential not always desirable value added and not always free from desire to profit for self and others.
People establish Villain Level Contrast (VLC) based upon “knowns” and limited comprehension at time factors into reduced safety. Context of situation matters greatly and some situations that might lead to death or serious injury greatly skew results, including those that are not likely to cause death or serious injury, situations that drive profit.
People paint each other in less-than-ideal lights based on profit and knowns that are built on profit and that as a given has potential to lead to greater attempts to challenge confidence and high ground. Death Penalty and Harsh Punishment like long jail sentences – more reason to value the system for all the good it does, or more reason to call out and make sure its oppression doesn’t affect anyone?
King of the mountain, 100-year sentences, can’t repair your wrongs for all is a less than ideal system to turn up and that is consequential. Forgiveness and Grace factors into Peace, Leadership, and Order invest early, invest often.
People in different fields might have greater comprehension of important details than one with a degree at times, people with no degree might have greater comprehension of details than one with a degree at times and one with a degree should, might not always value all parties input ideally. Less comments, less conversation factors into profit, high ground more ideally established for self and others is a potentially less than ideal system.
Alpha winds are in by design between most interactions with men and business. They are less than ideal value established and delivered, they are dependent upon profit. They also factor into value established and delivered less than ideally for women. God has had 2000 years since Christ to fix the Alpha winds problem yet has not. The problem not fixed factors into reinforced historic precedent that is less than ideal. The Bible says blessed are the peacemakers, yet humankind that reinforces that same problem year after year, decade after decade, really to be able to claim are peacemakers, desire ideal peace?
If Alpha winds were less, need to prove one’s worth through examples and legalism would be less. People that need to protect themselves pend beads (examples in legal documents), cards they haven’t flipped, or don’t worry about that? High Ground factors into protection of self does not equate to High Ground is ideally turned up. Bluffs sometimes lead to wins does not equal wins are ideal truth established and delivered. LTI truth based on Alpha winds claimed to never min?
