Addiction under LTISO

Imagine there is someone in society that is addicted to crack. Less capacity to win, a system that establishes and delivers justice less-than-ideally with less-than-ideal accessibility has potential to factor into choices around use and non-use. One-time use could lead to life long addiction yet we up sell LTI value added to less consequential. Society might say it is their fault, they could clearly have chosen better and were given ample chances to do better, do right by a society (that is guilty of less than perfection delivered, less than ideal sin out).

The combination should be consequential to anyone thinking about using substances. System that is less than ideal value delivered less than ideal oppression out factors into your decision making, less than ideal accessibility to knowledge and power factors into your decision making is probably not always the first thought, the most reinforced thought.

While I question whether someone should be blamed with initial choices while having knowledge limited on the common, that does not equate to LTI value established does not equal someone that chooses does not have to live with the results. For profit system, immersed in oppression not always ideal value established and delivered.
