Confidence

A message has potential to be delivered confidently and received well. That does not equate to details have to be correct or that the one delivering has not been mislead. Tyrants and Dictators have potential to deliver a message confidently, a message that is heard and acted upon, does not equate to that is a good thing.

Confidence has potential to be encouraging, and re-affirming of ideas and beliefs. Common ground matters and bridges built factor into hearts won. Re-affirmation is useful does not equate to it is ideal detail comprehension raised and relevance limiting reduced by default. The greatest public speaker has potential to make you feel like you are at a rock concert, inspired, hopeful might not always equate to ideal ground established or momentum reduced.

All said, confidence matters factors into perception of should listen to or not listen to, authority or not authority. If I stamp every message I say like don’t touch that, High Voltage, with in my opinion – it might not be heard confidently, might be regarded as can be taken into account, but don’t have to take it into account. Message delivered confidently factors into Safety.

Message delivered confidently factors into Safety does not equate to ideal details have been raised, zero relevance limiting is in by design. A conscious trade off or potentially unknown at time factors into delivering message to be heard and received better at the cost of details.

How message is received matters, perception, comprehension and training in active listening has far less than ideal throughput. People are trained differently, different crowds perceive things differently, and right level of confidence, openness to debate matters. Openness to debate has potential to bridge divides, potentially be looked at as more welcoming and confident. A police officer talking to the public is different than a politician talking to another politician – both require confidence to be heard, appreciated does not equate to levels are likely to be the same, requirements are different and thus delivery is likely to be different.

Sometimes confidence in message might be more important than truthfulness of details. Authority that says stop, don’t do that because VarA might lead to someone stopping, and stopping might be higher value added regardless if VarA is true or not, has been established ideally with ideal oppression reduced or not. Listening to Authority might be wise outside of whether that Authority has established ideal truth or not. Authority not required to get details right does not equate to Authority not listened to is inconsequential.

Confidence has potential to lead to a safer society, promotions, better relationships, and encouragement. That said saying it establishes truthfulness and reduced relevance limiting by default, seems unwise and might turn up reduced due diligence. Part of why confidence is nice is it leads to reassurance and reaffirmation which is encouraging.

Confidence increases focus, increases potential to listen. If someone sounds confident, their words are consequential – they establish the same ground as one that says High Voltage here and not there.

Confidence has potential to build common ground, be resonate of love. Martin Luther King Jr. saying “Let Freedom Ring” is confident, encouraging, hopeful and builds ground on a relatable topic, being locked up, not free is awful. Said without confidence would not have resonated the same feeling of love and common ground.

Confidence has potential to min, that is one of the reasons that it is useful. If one candidate sounds more confident than the other in a debate, they increase their own potential and potentially reduce another’s potential. This is consequential and potentially not always in ideal ways. If there is a beautiful woman and I am not that interested, be the most confident guy in the room? Extra problems, reduced potential in others not always a good thing, and not always fully pondered the potential in being less letting others be more in the room.

Thus confidence is useful, has potential to build bridges, and has potential to limit bridges built. Used in conjunction with the Golden Rule matters, yet tactics like capacity to debate get turned up and might not always be easy to turn down in ideal ways on the conscious level. If I have practiced confidence I might not have ideal capacity to turn it down in desirable circumstances, multiple leaders in the same room might not always have ideal grace turned up by default. We reinforce pathways and ideals in communications that might not always be ideal for all parties, ideal in all situations. Not in my wheelhouse is a more valuable system than all might fully appreciate. Confidence might generate pride, “pride cometh before the fall” The Bible – Proverbs 16:18-20.

I likely have gotten somethings right in this document, does not equate to my perception and comprehension of confidence as a system should be set to ideal, that there is no potential for valuable gains to be made on the subject.
